INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE AND INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD
To provide an information processing device and an information processing method capable of grasping the situation of the place using a plurality of arranged sensors and controlling arranged actuators so as to obtain the ideal situation. An information processing device including: a communication portion capable of receiving sensor data detected from a plurality of sensors arranged in predetermined regions and transmitting control signals to a plurality of actuators arranged around the sensors such that the actuators are, at least one by one, associated with each of the sensors; and a control portion that performs control such that the sensor arranged in a specific region determined not to have an ideal situation is specified on the basis of the sensor data detected from the plurality of sensors, the actuator corresponding to the specified sensor is specified from the plurality of actuators, and the control signal for bringing the specific region into the ideal situation is generated and transmitted to the specified actuator through the communication portion.
Generation of alert events based on a detection of objects from camera images
The invention relates to a device that receives images from one or more cameras, process images and automatically detects unknown humans in the field of view of the camera, for example to prevent burglary. In order to do so, the device comprises a processing logic configured to detect faces, recognize faces and verify if a face corresponds to a face in a collection of faces of known humans. If a face is detected, but does not correspond to a known face, an alarm event is triggered. The processing logic is further configured to classify objects in the image in classes of object comprising at least a human class. If a human is recognized, but no face has been detected for this human, an alarm event is also triggered. Thus, an alarm can be triggered in any case wherein a human is detected, which is not a known, trusty human.
ASSET TRACKING AND NOTIFICATION PROCESSING
An asset is identified in a predefined area. The type of asset is identified through video or wireless tag identification. A security policy associated with the type of asset is obtained. Entries in an asset log are recorded based on a location of the asset, an individual handling the asset, and/or actions taken by an individual with respect to the asset based on the security policy. A real-time notification is sent when the location, the handling, and/or any of the actions warrant a notification based on the security policy.
Configurable motion detection and alerts for audio/video recording and communication devices
Some embodiments provide a method for separating the motion detection zone(s) of an A/V recording and communication device from the motion alert zone(s) of the A/V recording and communication device. For example, an A/V recording and communication device may be configured to generate motion alerts, and to record audio and video footage, when an event is detected within a selected motion alert zone (e.g., within a defined radius around the A/V recording and communication device). However, the A/V recording and communication device may not generate a motion alert for an event detected outside of the selected motion alert zone, even though the device may still record audio and video footage for the detected event (e.g., when the event is within a selected motion detection zone).
PREDICTIVE ALARM ANALYTICS
Systems and techniques are provided for identifying patterns activity at a facility that seem to precede alarm events. In some implementations, a monitoring system is configured to monitor a property and includes a sensor configured to generate sensor data. A monitor control unit is configured to receive the sensor data and based on the sensor data, determine an alarm status of the monitoring system. A monitoring application server is configured to receive the sensor data and data indicating the alarm status of the monitoring system. The server applies the sensor data to a model that determines an estimated alarm status of the monitoring system and determines the estimated alarm status of the monitoring system is different from the alarm status. Based on determining that the estimated alarm status of the monitoring system is different from the alarm status of the monitoring system, the server overrides the alarm status.

A monitoring system that is configured to monitor a property is disclosed. The monitoring system includes a sensor that is configured to generate sensor data that reflects an attribute of a property. The monitoring system further includes a drone that generates image data, location data, and orientation data. The monitoring system further includes a monitor control unit. The monitor control unit is configured to receive the sensor data, the location data, and the orientation data. The monitor control unit is configured to determine that an event has occurred at the property and a location of the event within the property. The monitor control unit is configured to generate a graphical overlay based on the event, the location data, and the orientation data. The monitor control unit is configured to generate a graphical interface. The monitor control unit is configured to output the graphical interface.

While acceptable behavior is noted and dismissed, confirmed suspicious one triggers alerting and summoning of professional human guard. The goal of the system is to engage a human intervention as little as possible, while doing it with minimal false negative.
