Seal member and electrical connector
A seal member for an electrical connector comprises a base portion, a wire seal portion disposed in the base portion, a housing seal portion disposed on an outer end portion of a radial outside of the base portion, and a shell seal portion integrally formed with the base portion, the wire seal portion, and the housing seal portion. The wire seal portion is configured to contact an outer peripheral portion of a wire led out from a housing of the electrical connector. The housing seal portion is configured to be pressed against the housing. The shell seal portion is configured to be pressed against at least a bottom portion of a shell enclosing the housing.
BRAIDED WIRE
An aluminum-based braided wire (1) with good abrasion resistance is provided. The braided wire (1) has a plurality of braided strands (2). The braided wire (1) has a tubular shape. The strands (2) each include a strand main body (20) constituted by an aluminum wire or an aluminum alloy wire, and a fretting-corrosion suppression coating (21) covering an outer circumferential surface of the strand main body (20). The fretting-corrosion suppression coating (21) may be constituted by a chemical conversion coating or an alumite coating. If the fretting-corrosion suppression coating (21) is an alumite coating, the braided wire (1) further includes conductive layers (22) respectively covering outer surfaces of the fretting-corrosion suppression coatings (21).
BRAIDED WIRE
An aluminum-based braided wire (1) with good abrasion resistance is provided. The braided wire (1) has a plurality of braided strands (2). The braided wire (1) has a tubular shape. The strands (2) each include a strand main body (20) constituted by an aluminum wire or an aluminum alloy wire, and a fretting-corrosion suppression coating (21) covering an outer circumferential surface of the strand main body (20). The fretting-corrosion suppression coating (21) may be constituted by a chemical conversion coating or an alumite coating. If the fretting-corrosion suppression coating (21) is an alumite coating, the braided wire (1) further includes conductive layers (22) respectively covering outer surfaces of the fretting-corrosion suppression coatings (21).
Production method for conductive member, conductive member, and mold
A conductive member production method is performed with use of a die that includes a first die and a second die. The first die includes a protruding portion having a recession-shaped depression formed in a leading end surface, the depression including a molding surface that is inclined so as to gradually extend toward the leading end surface side while extending laterally from the depression. The second die includes a recessed portion into which the protruding portion can be inserted. The method includes a heating step of heating a weld portion formation region that is a portion, with respect to an extending direction, of a conductive member constituted by multiple metal strands, and a pressing step in which the heated weld portion formation region is sandwiched between and pressed by the protruding portion of the first die and the recessed portion of the second die.
Production method for conductive member, conductive member, and mold
A conductive member production method is performed with use of a die that includes a first die and a second die. The first die includes a protruding portion having a recession-shaped depression formed in a leading end surface, the depression including a molding surface that is inclined so as to gradually extend toward the leading end surface side while extending laterally from the depression. The second die includes a recessed portion into which the protruding portion can be inserted. Ground connection structure
A ground connection structure is a structure for collectively connecting, to a body of a vehicle, a plurality of grounding wires which are connected to respective electrical components installed in the vehicle. The ground connection structure includes: a connection box to which the plurality of grounding wires are connected; a grounding terminal part connected to the vehicle in an electrically conducting state; and an electrically conducting connection part having one end connected to the connection box and the other end connected to the grounding terminal part, the electrically conducting connection part connecting the connection box and the grounding terminal part in an electrically conducting manner. The electrically conducting connection part is made of a low-inductance material having low inductance.
Ground connection structure
A ground connection structure is a structure for collectively connecting, to a body of a vehicle, a plurality of grounding wires which are connected to respective electrical components installed in the vehicle. The ground connection structure includes: a connection box to which the plurality of grounding wires are connected; a grounding terminal part connected to the vehicle in an electrically conducting state; and an electrically conducting connection part having one end connected to the connection box and the other end connected to the grounding terminal part, the electrically conducting connection part connecting the connection box and the grounding terminal part in an electrically conducting manner. The electrically conducting connection part is made of a low-inductance material having low inductance.
CORE WIRE AND METHOD OF MAKING SAME AND CABLE INCLUDING THE CORE WIRE
A core wire includes: an inner conductor; and an insulating layer covering the inner conductor, wherein the insulation layer is made by 3D printing process, the insulating layer includes a first semi-insulating layer and a second semi-insulating layer, each of the first semi-insulating layer and the second semi-insulating layer has a groove that matchingly accommodates the shape of the inner conductor, and the first semi-insulating layer and the second semi-insulating layer are combined together.
