Clamp and wire harness
A clamp and a wire harness capable of being easily installed on a fixation portion are provided. The clamp 41 includes the holder 70, which holds the outer sheath 36 accommodating an electric wire, and the fixed portion 50, which is connected to the holder 70 and fixed to the vehicle body panel P1. The fixed portion 50 includes the insertion groove 60, into which the columnar fastener B1 on the vehicle body panel P1 is inserted. The insertion groove 60 extends through the fixed portion 50 in the X-axis direction. The insertion groove 60 is shaped so as to include the mouth 61 in the plan view seen in the X-axis direction. The mouth 61 opens in the Y-axis direction in this embodiment, which is orthogonal to the X-axis direction.
WIRING MEMBER
In a base member arrangement section, a plurality of wire-like transmission members are divided into at least a first wire-like transmission member bundle and a second wire-like transmission member bundle, and the cover member is fixed to the base member at positions on both sides of the first wire-like transmission member bundle and the second wire-like transmission member bundle and a position between the positions on the both sides to cover the first wire-like transmission member bundle and the second wire-like transmission member bundle. In a non-base member arrangement section, the plurality of wire-like transmission members include a large bundle part where the first wire-like transmission member bundle and the second wire-like transmission member bundle are bundled together.
Electric Wire and Wire Harness
An electric wire includes a flat stranded conductor having a flat shape in cross sectional view and configured by a plurality of conductive wires each having a wire diameter of 1.2 mm or less and which are stranded to each other, and a flat covering portion that is an insulator and covers the flat stranded conductor. The flat covering portion has a uniform elongation of 43.5% or more.
WIRING MEMBER
A wiring member includes a wire-like transmission member including a transmission wire body and a covering layer covering the transmission wire body; a first sheet including a first fusion layer having contact with the wire-like transmission member and provided on one side of the wire-like transmission member; and a second sheet including a second fusion layer having contact with the wire-like transmission member and provided on another side of the wire-like transmission member. The covering layer is fused to each of the first fusion layer and the second fusion layer.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness including: a core wire having a parent braided wire obtained by braiding together assembled wires including twisted wires; and a metal terminal welded to the parent braided wire of the core wire, wherein the twisted wires forming the parent braided wire include a first twisted wire twisted in a first rotation direction and a second twisted wire twisted in a second rotation direction opposite to the first rotation direction.
WIRE HARNESS
A wire harness includes a shielded electric wire that includes a first coated electric wire that includes a first core electric wire and a first insulating coating that covers the first core electric wire, an electromagnetic shield member that covers the first coated electric wire, a sheath that covers the electromagnetic shield member, and a shield member exposed portion from which the sheath is removed and the electromagnetic shield member is exposed, an insulating cover that covers the shield member exposed portion, and a waterproofing agent applied to the shield member exposed portion and permeated into the electromagnetic shield member. The waterproofing agent is in tight contact with an inner circumferential surface of the sheath and an outer circumferential surface of the first insulating coating. The cover covers a portion of the shield member exposed portion.
AIRCRAFT ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
A method of configuring an aircraft electrical system. The aircraft electrical system comprises a wiring harness and a plurality of electronic modules. The wiring harness comprises a plurality of connection points. The method comprises: connecting a first electronic module in the plurality to the wiring harness via a first connection point in the plurality; transmitting by the first electronic module, a connection point identification request; in response to the transmitting, receiving at the first electronic module from the wiring harness, an identifier of the first connection point; on the basis of the received identifier, determining configuration data for the first electronic module, the configuration data being associated with the first connection point; and configuring the first electronic module to operate in accordance with the determined configuration data.
Harness assembly
A harness assembly may include a cable having a cable shielding around at least a portion of a plurality of wires, a connector with an integrated backshell arranged at an angle with respect to the cable, an external braid disposed around at least a portion of the backshell and the cable, and an overbraid around at least a portion of the external braid, the overbraid having two layers.
Thermal expansion slide with cable clamp
A cable management system configured to account for and accommodate physical movement of the cables being managed. The cable management system includes an elastic element, such as a spring, to accommodate for the anticipated expansion and/or contraction movements of the cables being managed. The cable management system may be applicable for vertical cable installation projects that are installed in outdoor applications.
Covered wire and wire harness
Provided are a covered wire and a wire harness having excellent heat resistance and an excellent appearance. Provided is a covered wire including a conductor and an insulating covering, in which the insulating covering is made of a resin composition, the resin composition includes a silane graft polyolefin, an unmodified polyolefin, a modified polyolefin having one or more functional groups selected from the group consisting of a carboxy group, an ester group, an acid anhydride group, an amino group, and an epoxy group, a flame retardant, a cross-linking catalyst, and zinc oxide and an imidazole-based compound, and the surface roughness Ra of the insulating covering is 4.0 μm or less.
