WIRE HARNESS

A wire harness including: a plurality of core wires; a tubular electromagnetic shield enclosing an outer circumference of the plurality of core wires; and an insulating sheath in which the plurality of core wires and the electromagnetic shield are collectively embedded, wherein the insulating sheath includes: a first covering that is filled between the plurality of core wires and the electromagnetic shield, that covers an outer circumferential surface of the plurality of core wires in intimate contact therewith, and that covers an inner circumferential surface of the electromagnetic shield in intimate contact therewith; and a second covering that covers an outer circumferential surface of the electromagnetic shield in intimate contact therewith.

COMMUNICATION CABLES

In an example, a communication cable may include a first conductive cable wrapped in a fabric sheath, and a second conductive cable, also wrapped in a conductive sheath. Further, the communication cable may also include a breakable adhesive bonding the fabric sheath of the first conductive cable to the fabric sheath of the second conductive cable.

COMMUNICATION CABLES

In an example, a communication cable may include a first conductive cable wrapped in a fabric sheath, and a second conductive cable, also wrapped in a conductive sheath. Further, the communication cable may also include a breakable adhesive bonding the fabric sheath of the first conductive cable to the fabric sheath of the second conductive cable.

HIGH-SPEED INPUT/OUTPUT AND HIGH-POWER TRANSMISSION CONNECTOR AND CABLE

An interconnection cable adapted to connect two or more electronic devices comprising one or more end connectors; at least one of the one or more connectors comprising one or more data plugs, each complying with the USB or the Thunderbolt specification, and one or more power pins that are separate from the data plug; a cable assembly attached to at least one of the one or more connectors; the cable assembly comprising one or more fiber optic cores, and one or more stranded coper wires; wherein at least one of the one or more fiber optic cores is communicatively connected to at least one of the one or more data plugs; and wherein at least one of the one or more stranded copper wires is electrically connected to at least one of the one or more power pins.

Wire exterior body and exterior-covered wire harness

A wire exterior body and an exterior-covered wire harness in which damage by an attaching member is prevented are provided. A wire exterior body (3) to be mounted on the outer periphery of an electric wire (wire harness) (2), the wire exterior body being formed of a resin sheet that is bent, includes a plurality of wall parts (4) extending along an extending direction of the electric wire and forming an accommodating part (5) that accommodates the electric wire. Among the plurality of the wall parts (4), at least one wall part (upper lid wall part (45)) has a through-hole (47), penetrating in a thickness direction of the resin sheet, into which an attaching member (61) attachable to a vehicle body is inserted, and a groove (a lower surface groove (48) or an upper surface groove (49)) in which a thickness of the resin sheet is reduced is formed on a part around the through-hole (47) on at least one surface of an upper surface (45c) and a lower surface (45d) facing the thickness direction.

Wire exterior body and exterior-covered wire harness

A wire exterior body and an exterior-covered wire harness in which damage by an attaching member is prevented are provided. A wire exterior body (3) to be mounted on the outer periphery of an electric wire (wire harness) (2), the wire exterior body being formed of a resin sheet that is bent, includes a plurality of wall parts (4) extending along an extending direction of the electric wire and forming an accommodating part (5) that accommodates the electric wire. Support member-attached wire harness and wire harness support structure

A support member-attached wire harness includes a wire harness including an electrical wire and a support member that includes a fitting portion formed in a partially cylindrical shape that is opened partially in a circumferential direction so as to be capable of being fitted to an outer peripheral portion of a bar-shaped member. On at least one of the wire harness and the support member, a support portion for supporting the wire harness disposed along an outer periphery of the fitting portion at a fixed position with respect to the fitting portion is formed.

A support member-attached wire harness includes a wire harness including an electrical wire and a support member that includes a fitting portion formed in a partially cylindrical shape that is opened partially in a circumferential direction so as to be capable of being fitted to an outer peripheral portion of a bar-shaped member. On at least one of the wire harness and the support member, a support portion for supporting the wire harness disposed along an outer periphery of the fitting portion at a fixed position with respect to the fitting portion is formed.

WIRE HARNESS MODULE

Provided is a technique suitable for fixing, to a vehicle, a part of a wire harness that is maintained in a bent state, and thereafter straightening the wire harness and mounting the wire harness to a vehicle. A wire harness module includes: a wire harness including a plurality of wires; and a plurality of vehicle fixation components that are attached to the wire harness and are attachable to a vehicle. In a state in which at least one of the plurality of vehicle fixation components stays fixable to the vehicle, at least one of the plurality of vehicle fixation components keeps the wire harness in a bent form.
