Door handle coupler
A coupler between an activator mounted on an enclosure and an electronic protection device located within the enclosure facilitates alignment between the coupler and the electronic protection device during installation and requires no tool for installation. The coupler is positioned over an opening in the electronic protection device and oriented such that a first coupling portion is configured to engage a complementary coupling portion on the electronic protection device. The coupler may be manually mounted, engaging the complementary coupling portions on the door handle coupler and the electronic protection device without requiring a tool for installation. The coupler includes an upper sleeve configured to receive an axle, connected to the activator, that rotates independently of a lower sleeve which is mounted to the electronic protection device, facilitating orientation of the activator on the outside of the enclosure. The coupler provides for local lock-out of the electronic protection device.
Electrical switch
A switch device includes a main module, which includes at least one main electronic control circuit, connections to the electrical system of a building and/or to equipment or devices to be controlled, one or more touch sensors or contacts connected to the at least one main electronic control circuit, a main box-shaped housing element for the preceding components, and one or more systems that provide a reversible electric or electronic and mechanical connection of the main module to an accessory module.
Remote control cover assembly
A cover assembly includes a main body, a closure member, gripping portions, and an identification tag. The main body defines an interior to receive a remote control and includes top, bottom, front, first and second side, and rear portions. The closure member is coupled to the rear portion and configured to move the rear portion between an open position, where a remote control is insertable into and removable from the interior, and a closed position, where the closure member is coupled to the bottom portion to secure the remote control within the interior. The multiple gripping portions are provided on the first and second side portions and configured to facilitate gripping of the cover assembly by a user. The identification tag includes a processor and is configured to communicate with an external device and operate to increase a conspicuity of the cover assembly for locating the cover assembly.
Remote device control using gestures on a touch sensitive device
A computing device includes a touch-sensitive area that is arranged and configured to receive one or more gestures, and a memory that is arranged and configured to store one or more device gestures, where the stored device gestures correspond to a selection of one or more remote devices and a processor that is operably coupled to the touch sensitive area and the memory. The processor is arranged and configured to compare the gestures received in the touch sensitive area to the stored device gestures, determine a selected remote device based on the comparison, and initiate contact with the selected remote device.
Wireless battery-powered switch
An apparatus for a wireless switch. In some embodiments, the wireless switch includes a button, a battery, a radio, a memory, and an electronic processor. The electronic processor may be configured to operate the wireless switch in a wireless mesh network communication mode; and in response to a user input from the button, reboot the wireless switch; operate the wireless switch in a Bluetooth operating mode; receive a switch configuration; store the switch configuration in the memory; reboot the wireless switch a second time, and operate the switch in the wireless mesh network communication mode.
Method for producing an integrated circuit pointed element comprising etching first and second etchable materials with a particular etchant to form an open crater in a project
A method of operating a mechanical switching device is disclosed. The switching device includes a housing, an assembly disposed in the housing, and a body. The assembly is thermally deformable and comprises a beam held in two different places by two arms secured to edges of the housing. The beam is remote from the body in a first configuration and in contact with and immobilized by the body in a second configuration. The assembly has the first configuration at a first temperature and the second configuration when one of the arms has a second temperature different from the first temperature. The method includes exposing an arm of the assembly to the second temperature, and releasing the beam using a release mechanism. The release mechanism includes a pointed element comprising a pointed region directed towards the body. The pointed element limits an open crater in a concave part of a projection.

Circuit breaker housing
A circuit breaker housing for holding a switching device unit and a number of connection contacts for a connection line and/or a busbar. The housing has a first housing part and a second housing part. In the joined, assembled state, the housing parts form a front side and a rear side opposite said front side and at least one connection side and end faces located opposite one another. A holding chamber for a connection module having one of the connection contacts is provided on the front side and/or on at least one of the connection sides.
