CHARGELESS INTERRUPTER DEVICE FOR SURGE ARRESTER
An interrupter device provides overload protection. The device includes a first terminal that is configured to establish an electrical connection to a first terminal of a high voltage surge arrester, a second terminal that is configured to establish an electrical connection to an electrical power grid line side conductor, and a chargeless disconnection trigger that causes an interruption in an electrically conductive path between the first and second terminal in response to an overload condition at the second terminal.
Electric circuit breaker device
To provide an electric circuit breaker device including a conduction part that can be easily cut. An electric circuit breaker device includes a housing made of synthetic resin, a rod-like projectile made of synthetic resin and arranged in the housing, a conductor portion arranged in the housing to extend across a front face of one end portion of the rod-like projectile, and an igniter arranged in the housing to face another end portion of the rod-like projectile and configured to generate pressure to fire the rod-like projectile toward the conductor portion. In one embodiment, the conductor portion includes a first conductor plate extending across the front face of the one end portion of the rod-like projectile and including a recess portion, and a second conductor plate coupled to the recess portion of the first conductor plate. In another example, the conductor portion includes a first conductor plate arranged on the front face of one end portion of the rod-like projectile, and a second conductor plate and a third conductor plate coupled, at a corresponding one of edge portions of the second conductor plate and the third conductor plate, to respective opposing edge portions of the first conductor plate.

DEVICE FOR SWITCHING AN ELECTRICAL LOAD CIRCUIT OPERATED WITH HIGH VOLTAGE FROM A VOLTAGE SOURCE
The invention relates to a device for connecting and disconnecting an electrical load circuit, operated at high voltage by a voltage source, in a transportation means that is electrically driven by a drive operated at low voltage. According to the invention, a contact stud (6) is connected to the push rod (11) of a linear drive (2) and the contact stud (6) can be moved into at least two positions in a switch housing (4), wherein the switch housing (4) has, on its internal wall, at least two contact rings (5), one of which is connected to the voltage source (7) and the other is connected to the consumer circuit (8).
DISCONNECTOR DEVICE AND OVERVOLTAGE PROTECTION ASSEMBLY INCLUDING THE SAME
A disconnector device including an isolator connected between a first terminal and to a second terminal, and a sleeve positioned around the isolator and moveable between an un-extended position prior to the isolator operating and an extended position after the isolator operates, the sleeve being configured to trap debris produced by operation of the isolator.
ELECTRICAL DEVICE AND POWER CUT-OFF SYSTEM COMPRISING SUCH A DEVICE
Electrical device comprising a body defining a closed inner space, a first electrode, a second electrode and a third electrode, a free end of each electrode opening inside the inner space, the free ends of each electrode being arranged, inside the inner space, apart from one another and opposite the other electrodes, the electrical device being configured to prohibit the current from flowing between the first electrode and the third electrode when the electric current or the electric voltage between the first electrode and the second electrode remains below a predefined threshold value; when the electric current or the electric voltage exceeds the threshold value, allow the current to flow between the first electrode and the third electrode.
Disconnector device for surge arrester and a protection assembly comprising a surge arrester connected to such a disconnector device
A disconnector device for a surge arrester is provided. The disconnector device includes: a housing encompassing a cavity; a disconnector provided inside the cavity, having a first terminal connectable to the surge arrester, a second terminal connectable to ground, a movable member provided at the second terminal and being fitted to the cross section of the cavity, and a disconnector cartridge. The member is movably arranged such in the housing that once the disconnector operates, the movable member is propelled inside the cavity towards an end of the cavity. The housing has ventilation openings connecting the cavity to an outside of the disconnector device for releasing gases from the operating disconnector cartridge. These ventilation openings are dimensioned such that no particles of harmful size that are potentially capable of igniting a fire can pass the ventilation openings.
