SAFETY SWITCH
A safety switch useful for electric motor vehicles comprises a first electrical conductor, a second electrical conductor, a third electrical conductor and an actuator, wherein a gap is formed between the first conductor and the second electrical conductor, which gap can be bridged in an electrically conductive manner with the third electrical conductor by making contact with the first and second electrical conductors, wherein the third electrical conductor is arranged in a rest position from which the third electrical conductor can be brought by the actuator into the position bridging the gap, and wherein either the third electrical conductor consists at least partially of a porous material and/or at least one of the first and/or the second electrical conductor consists at least partially of a porous material and the porous material has a density of at least 80% of the theoretical density of the material.
Electric Fuse Element, and Method for Operating an Electric Fuse Element
Electrical fuse element 12 comprising a switchable load path 22 and a switchable fuse path 36, wherein the load path 22 and the fuse path 36 are short-circuited with their respective inputs 14. The load path 22 and the fuse path 36 are in mechanical connection with each other in such a way that an electrical opening of the load path 22 causes an electrical closing of the fuse path 36 and that a melting fuse 38 arranged in the fuse path 36 is triggered at the moment of closing of the fuse path 36.
Electric Closing Element
An electric closer comprising a first connection lug, a second connection lug electrically insulated from the first connection lug, the first and second connection lugs each having at least one recess in a contact region disposed within a guide housing, an actuator for driving a contact element, the contact element being disposed in a guide housing between the actuator and the contact region of the connection lugs, and by the actuator from an open position, in which the connecting lugs are insulated from one another into a closed position, in which the connecting lugs are electrically connected to one another via the contact element, is displaceable, wherein in the closed position the contact element is accommodated in the recesses of the connecting lugs and wherein the contact element is guided in the displacement direction simultaneously in the respective recesses of the two connecting lugs during the displacement of the two connecting lugs.
Pyrotechnic switch and intermediate circuit discharge system
A pyrotechnic switch for switching off and establishing electric circuits includes a first electrical conductor, a second electrical conductor, and an ignition element. In a first state of the pyrotechnic switch, the first electrical conductor and the second electrical conductor are electrically connected to one another, wherein a target separation point between the first electrical conductor and the second electrical conductor is provided. The target separation point is separated as soon as the ignition element is triggered, wherein the pyrotechnic switch is provided with a third electrical conductor. In the first state of the pyrotechnic switch, the third electrical conductor is electrically separated from the second electrical conductor and from the third electrical conductor, and in a second state of the pyrotechnic switch, the third electrical conductor is electrically connected to the second electrical conductor.
