A relay hermetic terminal characterized by including: a metal container having a through hole; a pipe lead inserted through the through hole; an insulating material sealing the metal container and the pipe lead; and a terminal block made of a low-resistance metal, penetrating the pipe lead and secured to the pipe lead. The terminal block includes at least a body portion and a head portion, further the head portion has a fixation portion, and an axis of the fixation portion is not arranged coaxially with an axis of the body portion, and a relay contact device using the same are provided.

An electromagnetic relay includes a housing, a first fixed terminal, a movable contact piece, a drive device, and a first heat dissipation member. The first fixed terminal protrudes from inside the housing to outside the housing. The movable contact piece is disposed in the housing. The movable contact piece faces the first fixed terminal. The drive device moves the movable contact piece in a contact direction and an opening direction. The first heat dissipation member is disposed outside the housing. The first heat dissipation member is provided separately from the first fixed terminal. The first heat dissipation member is connected to the first fixed terminal.

An electromagnetic relay includes a housing, a first fixed terminal, a movable contact piece, a drive device, and a first heat dissipation member. The drive device moves the movable contact piece in a contact direction and an opening direction. The first heat dissipation member is disposed outside the housing. The first heat dissipation member is provided separately from the first fixed terminal. The first heat dissipation member is connected to the first fixed terminal.
Relay
A relay includes a movable contact piece having a first movable contact and a second movable contact, a first fixed terminal having a first fixed contact, a second fixed terminal having a second fixed contact, a drive device configured to move the movable contact piece, and the wall portion disposed inside the first fixed contact and the second fixed contact in a longitudinal direction. At least a part of the wall portion is disposed at a position beyond the first fixed contact and the second fixed contact toward the movable contact piece in a moving direction of the movable contact piece. The movable contact piece has a shape so as to avoid the wall portion in a contact state where the first movable contact is in contact with the first fixed contact and the second movable contact is in contact with the second fixed contact.
Relay
A relay includes a movable contact piece having a first movable contact and a second movable contact, a first fixed terminal having a first fixed contact, a second fixed terminal having a second fixed contact, a drive device configured to move the movable contact piece, and the wall portion disposed inside the first fixed contact and the second fixed contact in a longitudinal direction. At least a part of the wall portion is disposed at a position beyond the first fixed contact and the second fixed contact toward the movable contact piece in a moving direction of the movable contact piece. The movable contact piece has a shape so as to avoid the wall portion in a contact state where the first movable contact is in contact with the first fixed contact and the second movable contact is in contact with the second fixed contact.

A high-voltage direct current relay capable of improving insulation capability, including a ceramic cover, two fixed contacts for respectively providing inflow and outflow current and one movable contact spring; a through hole for assembling the fixed contact being provided at a top wall of the ceramic cover; one segment of a body of the fixed contact being in clearance fitted with the through hole of the ceramic cover, a first step surface downward being provided at an outer peripheral wall of one segment of the body of the fixed contact, at a corresponding position, a second step surface upward being provided at an inner peripheral wall of the through hole of the ceramic cover, and the projections of the first step surface and the second step surface on the horizontal plane having an overlapped region.
Electric Component, in Particular Terminal Block, Comprising a Socket for Receiving a Receiving Component
An electrical component is provided, comprising at least one plug-in socket for receiving an accommodated component, in particular a relay or an optocoupler, in or on the electrical component, the accommodated component having first electrical contact elements on its underside, for being electrically connected to second electrical contact elements of the electrical component, and wherein in an active position of the accommodated component, the first electrical contact elements are electrically connected with the second electrical contact elements of the electrical component on the plug-in socket, and comprising a manipulation means, by means of which the accommodated component can be more easily plugged into the active position in the plug-in socket and/or pulled out thereof, wherein the manipulation means has a spacing portion, and wherein a free end of the spacing portion protrudes beyond the electrical component and/or beyond the accommodated component that is inserted in the plug-in socket in the active position.
Electromagnetic relay
An electromagnetic relay includes a first movable contact piece, a moving member, a coil, and a movable iron core. The moving member holds the first movable contact piece. The movable iron core is connected to the moving member and is configured to move by a magnetic force generated by the coil. The moving member is made of resin having electrical insulation. The moving member includes a first member and a second member. The second member is connected to the first member by snap fitting. The first member includes a first protrusion. The second member includes a second main body, a first locking portion, and a first arm. The first locking portion locks to the first protrusion. The first arm connects the second main body and the first locking portion. A thickness of the first arm is smaller than a thickness of the first locking portion.
Heat dissipation arrangement for battery distribution unit
A battery distribution unit includes a housing having a bottom mounted to a battery case of a battery module and having a component cavity with a contactor therein. The contactor has fixed contacts having terminating ends extending from a bottom end of a contactor housing. The BDU includes terminals at the bottom end of the contactor coupled to the terminating ends and a heat exchanger cap at the bottom end of the contactor. The heat exchanger cap is provided in the component cavity in thermal communication with the fixed contacts and in thermal communication with the battery case of the battery module to dissipate heat from the fixed contacts into the battery case of the battery module.
