Electromagnetic relay including fixed terminal having chamfered shape or movable contact piece having chamfered shape
An electromagnetic relay includes a pair of fixed terminals, a movable contact piece, and a magnet portion. The pair of fixed terminals includes fixed contact. The movable contact piece that includes a movable contact disposed facing the fixed contact and that is movable in a first direction in which the movable contact contacts the fixed contact and in a second direction in which the movable contact separates from fixed contact. The magnet portion generating a magnetic field for extending an arc generated between the fixed contact and the movable contact. At least one of a corner portion in the first direction side of the fixed terminal located in an arc extension direction in which the arc is extended or a corner portion in the second direction side of the movable contact piece located in the arc extension direction has a chamfered shape in a range where the arc passes through.

The present disclosure relates to a frame of an electromagnetic contactor, and more specifically, to an electromagnetic contactor having excellent coupling force between an arc box and a frame. The electromagnetic contactor, comprises: a lower frame; an upper frame coupled to the upper portion of the lower frame; and an arc cover coupled to the upper portion of the upper frame, wherein a first coupling part, is protrudingly formed on one surface of the lower frame, a second coupling part, connected to the first coupling part is protrudingly formed on one surface of the upper frame, and a third coupling part, connected to the second coupling part is protrudingly formed on one surface of the arc cover, wherein the fastening member is fastened by connecting the first coupling part, the second coupling part and the third coupling part.
ELECTROMAGNETIC CONTACTOR
The present disclosure relates to a frame of an electromagnetic contactor, and more specifically, to an electromagnetic contactor having excellent coupling force between an arc box and a frame. The electromagnetic contactor, comprises: a lower frame; an upper frame coupled to the upper portion of the lower frame; and an arc cover coupled to the upper portion of the upper frame, wherein a first coupling part, is protrudingly formed on one surface of the lower frame, a second coupling part, connected to the first coupling part is protrudingly formed on one surface of the upper frame, and a third coupling part, connected to the second coupling part is protrudingly formed on one surface of the arc cover, wherein the fastening member is fastened by connecting the first coupling part, the second coupling part and the third coupling part.

An electromagnetic relay includes a housing, a first fixed terminal, a movable contact piece, and a drive device. The first fixed terminal includes a first main member and a first layer member. The first main member protrudes from inside the housing to outside the housing. The first layer member is provided separately from the first main member.
The first layer member is laminated on the first main member. The first layer member protrudes from inside the housing to outside the housing. The first layer member has a shape branched from the first main member. The movable contact piece is disposed in the housing and faces the first fixed terminal. The drive device moves the movable contact piece in a contact direction and an opening direction.

A DC high-voltage relay with at least one contact pair including a movable contact and a fixed contact, the contact pair having a contact force and/or an opening force of 100 gf or more, having a rated voltage of 48 V or more, the movable contact and/or the fixed contact includes a Ag oxide-based contact material. Metal components contain at least one metal M essentially containing Zn, and a balance being Ag and inevitable impurity metals, and the contact material has a content of the metal M of 0.2% by mass or more and 8% by mass or less based on a total mass. The contact material has a material structure in which one or more oxides of the metal M having an average particle size of 0.01 μm or more and 0.4 μm or less are dispersed in a matrix including Ag or a Ag alloy.

Disclosed embodiments relate to an electrically controlled switch for high current switching operations and with different configurations of fixed terminal contacts that includes a switch body, a couple of moving contacts, a guide that drives the couple of moving contacts up to an abutting position, a housing groove running perimetric in the switch body, and at least one contact bar for connecting each of the moving contact to a respective fixed terminal contact of the switch, wherein the contact bar is hosted within the housing groove and has a free end projecting from the switch body to form the fixed terminal contact through a corresponding aperture of the switch body located on a same lateral side or on opposite lateral sides, or on the base support, respectively.

At least a part of the yoke is arranged along magnetic flux generated by a current flowing through one body part of the first body part and the second body part that is adjacent to the yoke, in a region where the first body part and the second body part overlap each other when viewed along an axis in which the first contact and the second contact move relative to each other while the first contact and the second contact are in contact with each other.
