The present invention provides a push switch with LED light. The push switch with LED light includes a substrate provided with a plurality of conductive elements; at least one LED lamp disposed on an upper side of the substrate; a conductive elastic sheet disposed on the substrate; and a pressing upper cover correspondingly covered and fixed on the substrate, wherein a pressing portion is provided at a center of the pressing upper cover, a pressing block extending downward is provided below the pressing portion, the pressing portion can be moved downward under pressure so that the pressing block presses the conductive elastic sheet, when the conductive elastic sheet contacts the conductive elements, they are turned on to drive the LED lamp to emit light. By replacing metal wires with characteristics of extremely thin printed circuits, it is possible to create unprecedented thinness in the use of space.

Switch body

The switch body includes: a wiring substrate where first to fourth fixed contact members are formed; and a movable contact member including a pressure receiving part opposite from the second fixed contact member, a first outer edge facing the first fixed contact member, and a second outer edge facing the third fixed contact member. The fourth fixed contact member is formed in a region outside a projection region being a projection of the movable contact member on the wiring substrate and is in a position facing the first outer edge when the second outer edge is moved to a region where the second fixed contact member is formed.

The present invention discloses a muted key module, an electronic device and an implementation method. The key module includes a switch member, a triggering mechanism and a supporting member, wherein the triggering mechanism is arranged corresponding to the switch member. The triggering mechanism can be moved along the contacting and separating directions of the switch member, thus to realize an ON or OFF operation of the switch member. A muting layer is arranged between the switch member and the supporting member. In the present invention, the muting layer is arranged between the switch member and the supporting member, so the impact force the between the triggering mechanism and the switch member can be cushioned by the muting layer, thereby reducing the noise produced when the key is pressed, thus to improve the quality of the final product as a whole.

A push switch includes a housing, a fixed contact member, a movable contact member, and a first pressing member. The housing includes an opening and a compartment, the movable contact member includes a dome that protrudes toward the opening and is invertible, and the first pressing member includes a first fulcrum portion, a first load portion, and a first effort portion. The first fulcrum portion is disposed on one side of the first pressing member to contact the housing, the first load portion is disposed on another side of the first pressing member to press the movable contact member, and the first effort portion is disposed between the first fulcrum portion and the first load portion. Upon the first effort portion being pressed through the opening, the first load portion presses and inverts the dome of the movable contact member, and the movable contact member contacts the fixed contact member.

Push switch

A push switch includes a stationary contact and a movable contact. The stationary contact includes a base material and a conductive layer that covers the base material. The movable contact is disposed opposite a contact surface of the stationary contact. The movable contact is movable between a first position where the movable contact is in contact with the contact surface and a second position where the movable contact is apart from the contact surface. The stationary contact has a groove that divides the contact surface into a plurality of areas. Connection surfaces connect respective opening edges of the groove with a bottom of the groove. Each of the connection surfaces has a slope that is inclined at acute angle relative to the contact surface.
