Electromagnetic relay device
In an electromagnetic relay device, a stationary core is coaxially arranged in an exciting coil, and constitutes a magnetic circuit. A yoke is arranged to surround an outer periphery of the exciting coil and the second end of the exciting coil to constitute the magnetic circuit. The yoke has an opening that is located to be closer to the first end of the exciting coil than to the second end of the exciting coil, and that faces the stationary core. A movable core is located to face the stationary core via the opening. The movable core is pulled to the stationary core upon the exciting coil being energized. A return spring is made of a magnetic member that is volutely wound in an axial direction of the stationary core. The return spring urges the movable core to be separated from the stationary core.
Switch
A switch includes a switch housing having a receiving space, a conductive fixed contact element and a conductive active contact element which are provided in the receiving space and being electrically connected to two terminals of the switch respectively, an actuating member reciprocating movable in a predetermined actuating direction between a rest position and an actuated position, and a conductive spring contact element movable with the actuating element. The spring contact element is in constant contact with the fixed contact element and switched between a state of being in contact with a conductive contact surface of the active contact element and a state of being disconnecting with the conductive contact surface of the active contact element. The actuating element is moved back from the actuated position to the rest position due to spring force of the spring contact element.
KEYBOARD HAVING A KEYCAP
A keycap detachably provided on a guide mechanism of a key switch includes a cap main body having a front face pressed at the time of key input and a rear face on the opposite side to the front face; and a first engaging projection and a second engaging projection, both of which protrude from the rear face of the cap main body with a gap therebetween so that an engaging portion of the guide mechanism is detachably engaged into the gap. At least a part of an area around the first engaging projection and the second engaging projection in the cap main body has a thin part thinner than other parts of the cap main body. As a result, the falling off of the keycap can be prevented.
Electronic device
An electronic device is provided that uniformalizes (makes uniform) pressing sensitivities of operation switches such as a plurality of immediate output switches. A system includes a PC which is connected to a communication line, and an audio interface device which is connected to the PC and which has an immediate output switch which outputs to the PC a reproduction start command signal of an audio file which is assigned in advance, according to a user operation. A processor of the audio interface device converts an output value of the immediate output switch using a conversion table to a level value among a plurality of levels, and outputs the converted value. The conversion table is a table which converts different output values of the immediate output switch for the same pressing force into the same level value.
Electrical installation switching device having a switching position display
An electrical installation switching device has an insulating material housing; a switching knob protruding beyond the housing on a housing front face and able to pivot between a switched-on and switched-off position about a first pivot axis; a magnetic short circuit current and/or a thermal excess current trigger; a contact site formed from a fixed and a moveable contact piece, a switching lock having a latching site and being triggerable by an excess and/or short circuit current using the trigger when unlatching the latching site; an operator pivotable between a release and an operating position about a second pivot axis, aligned parallel to the first pivot axis, switching knob having an operating contour, the operator and operating contour cooperating by triggering the switching lock using the trigger when the operator pivots about the second pivot axis to hold the knob in an intermediate position between the on and off position.
Illuminated vandal-resistant pushbutton switch
A pushbutton switch assembly is disclosed which includes a button body housing having a central opening and a mounting ring for mounting in a panel and optionally containing a halo, a pushbutton target system mounted in and operable with respect to the button body housing, a return spring for returning the pushbutton target system to a normal position when it is depressed and released, a base containing a source of illumination for fully lighting the pushbutton target system and any halo and containing one or more microswitches, and wherein the button body housing limits the travel of the pushbutton to just operate the one or more microswitches to prevent damage to components in the base from excessive force.
Vacuum cleaner switch assembly
A switch assembly for a wet/dry vacuum cleaner is disclosed. The switch assembly includes a switch movable by a user between an ON position and an OFF position. An automatic shutoff assembly is operable in conjunction with the switch assembly to turn the switch to the OFF position in the event that a level of liquid within a tank of the wet/dry vacuum cleaner rises above a predetermined level. When triggered, the automatic shutoff assembly exerts a biasing force urging the switch toward the OFF position. A user can manually override the automatic shutoff assembly by providing a force sufficient to overcome the biasing force.
CONTROL DEVICE EQUIPPED WITH A MODULE FOR DETECTING THE AXIAL POSITION OF ITS ROD, AND TIMEPIECE COMPRISING SUCH A CONTROL DEVICE
The detection module comprises an elastic conductive blade having first and second ends and a central portion therebetween, with the blade being designed to be driven axially by a control rod in order to occupy three distinct positions between the pulled position and the end position of the rod: a pulled position, an end position, and an intermediate position. Two electrical contacts are designed to detect the end position and the pulled position of the rod, respectively. The blade is designed to pivot at its first end when the rod passes from the intermediate position to the pulled position, or vice versa. The blade is also designed to undergo elastic deformation when the rod passes between the intermediate position and the end position so as to participate substantially in the restoring force of the rod toward the intermediate position when the axial activating force applied to the rod by a user is released.
Balancing structure for long key of keyboard
A balancing structure for a long key of a keyboard includes a balancing rod and a pair of clamping hooks arranged on a bottom plate of the keyboard. The balancing rod includes a cross rod matched with a keycap of the key and two sliding rods extending from two end parts of the cross rod and matched with the pair of clamping hooks respectively. During the keycap pressing or spring-back process, each of the two sliding rods slides on a clamping port edge on at least one side of the corresponding clamping hook along with the rotation of the cross rod, and the moving trajectory of the contact point of each sliding rod and the corresponding port edge is an arc in the sliding process.
