Keyboard device

A keyboard device includes a substrate, a thin film switch circuit, and a trigger device having a rubber dome and a metal dome. The trigger device is configured to trigger the thin film switch circuit in response to an external force. The rubber dome is arranged to provide a first tactile feel during a first pressing process while the external force is exerted and provide a first rebound force during a first relieving process after the external force has been removed. The metal dome is arranged to provide a second tactile feel during a second pressing process while the external force is exerted and provide a second rebound force during a second relieving process after the external force has been removed.

ELECTRONIC DEVICE

An electronic device is provided that uniformalizes (makes uniform) pressing sensitivities of operation switches such as a plurality of immediate output switches. A system includes a PC which is connected to a communication line, and an audio interface device which is connected to the PC and which has an immediate output switch which outputs to the PC a reproduction start command signal of an audio file which is assigned in advance, according to a user operation. A processor of the audio interface device converts an output value of the immediate output switch using a conversion table to a level value among a plurality of levels, and outputs the converted value. The conversion table is a table which converts different output values of the immediate output switch for the same pressing force into the same level value.

Switch device

A switch device includes an operation unit, a switch unit detachably attached to the operation unit, and an engagement portion provided at the operation unit. The switch unit includes an opening-closing contact mechanism opened in association with an operation of the operation unit, and a drive portion driving the opening-closing contact mechanism to an open condition at a standby position and to a closed condition at a usage position. When the operation unit is attached to the switch unit, the engagement portion engages the drive portion to drive the drive portion from the standby position to the usage position. When the operation unit is inserted to the switch unit, the operation unit and the switch unit are engaged at the usage position.

ELECTROMAGNETIC RELAY DEVICE

In an electromagnetic relay device, a stationary core is coaxially arranged in an exciting coil, and constitutes a magnetic circuit. A yoke is arranged to surround an outer periphery of the exciting coil and the second end of the exciting coil to constitute the magnetic circuit. The yoke has an opening that is located to be closer to the first end of the exciting coil than to the second end of the exciting coil, and that faces the stationary core. A movable core is located to face the stationary core via the opening. The movable core is pulled to the stationary core upon the exciting coil being energized. A return spring is made of a magnetic member that is volutely wound in an axial direction of the stationary core. The return spring urges the movable core to be separated from the stationary core.

BALANCING STRUCTURE FOR LONG KEY OF KEYBOARD

A balancing structure for a long key of a keyboard includes a balancing rod and a pair of clamping hooks arranged on a bottom plate of the keyboard. The balancing rod includes a cross rod matched with a keycap of the key and two sliding rods extending from two end parts of the cross rod and matched with the pair of clamping hooks respectively. During the keycap pressing or spring-back process, each of the two sliding rods slides on a clamping port edge on at least one side of the corresponding clamping hook along with the rotation of the cross rod, and the moving trajectory of the contact point of each sliding rod and the corresponding port edge is an arc in the sliding process.

Pedestrian pushbutton
10026312 · 2018-07-17 · ·

A pedestrian pushbutton for activating a traffic device. A plunger mounted in a housing impinges on a piezo element when pressed. O-rings between the bolts that secure the plunger to the housing and the housing bias the plunger inwardly. A foam disk under the piezo element, or a resilient stem bumper on the back of the plunger, or both, bias the plunger outwardly with a force about equal to the inwardly biasing force of the O-rings on the bolts. Thus, the opposing resilient members maintain the plunger at neutral buoyancy when at rest. An O-ring disposed between the edge of the plunger and the opening in the housing centers the plunger. The pushbutton may include light and sound assemblies to confirm to the pedestrian visually and audibly that the pushbutton has been engaged. The sound chamber may be tuned based on the Helmholtz formula to achieve an optimum frequency.

Heart-shaped self-locking button

A heart-shaped self-locking button includes one housing and one push rod. The push rod is slidably arranged within the housing. A heart-shaped structure is formed on the push rod. The button includes one pin and one flexible element. One end of the pin is fixed on the housing, while the other end is fitted with the heart-shaped structure. The flexible element is arranged between the housing and the push rod and presses the pin towards the heart-shaped structure to allow the pin to be in constant contact with the heart-shaped structure. The heart-shaped structure is arranged on the push rod. Also, the flexible element between the housing and the push rod is utilized to press the pin towards the heart-shaped structure on the push rod to allow the pin to be in constant contact with the heart-shaped structure when moving.

Activation features for ultrasonic surgical instrument

An ultrasonic instrument comprises a handle assembly or other kind of body configured to receive an ultrasonic transducer and a shaft assembly having an acoustic waveguide and an ultrasonic blade. The ultrasonic blade is in acoustic communication with the acoustic waveguide such that the ultrasonic transducer is operable to drive the ultrasonic blade to vibrate ultrasonically via the acoustic waveguide. The ultrasonic instrument further comprises an actuation assembly disposed within the handle assembly. The actuation assembly includes a plurality of buttons disposed about the handle assembly in an angularly spaced array. Each button may be depressed independently of the rest to thereby actuate a switch assembly such that power is provided to the ultrasonic transducer, the acoustic waveguide, and the ultrasonic blade. The actuation assembly is operable to convert radial movement of the buttons into longitudinal, transverse, and/or pivotal movement that actuates the switch assembly.
