A button mechanism is provided, including a housing, a fixing member fixed on the housing, a moving member movably disposed in the fixing member, a pressing member disposed on the moving member, and a driving module for moving the moving member relative to the fixing member. When the pressing member pushes the moving member to move from an initial position along a first direction to a first position, the driving member moves the moving member from the first position along the first direction to a second position. When the moving member is in the second position, the driving member moves the moving member along a second direction to impact the pressing member, wherein the first direction is opposite to the second direction.

A tactile switch on a mobile electronic device having a housing is provided. The tactile switch is comprised of a pressure sensitive interface on an exterior portion of the housing, a switch mechanism, and at least one pathway coupled to the pressure sensitive interface and extending from the pressure sensitive interface to the switch mechanism. The switch mechanism is at a remote location from the pressure sensitive interface. The pathway is formed in an interior portion of the housing. The tactile switch further includes a viscous fluid substantially filling the pathway. The tactile switch is configured such that when pressure is applied to the pressure sensitive interface, the viscous fluid exerts pressure on the switch mechanism, causing the switch to make an electrical contact.

MECHANICAL STRUCTURE FOR BUTTON ON SATELLITE MICROPHONE

An apparatus may include: a stationary module; a movable module having an outer surface and a substrate; a tactile switch secured on a first side of the substrate; a light indicator secured on a second side of the substrate, the first side and the second side being opposing sides of the substrate, etc. The movable module is configured to generate a spatial displacement relative to the stationary module along a spatial direction in response to a physical force exerted on the outer surface along the spatial direction.

Grounding connections in a tactile switch assembly

An electronic device includes a tactile switch assembly. The tactile switch assembly includes a tactile switch structure. A grounding structure can be included in an electrostatic discharge path in the tactile switch structure. The grounding structure can result in a shorter electrostatic discharge path that minimizes damage caused by an electrostatic discharge event. Additionally, different grounding connectors are disclosed that can attach to a grounded component in the electronic device and to a tactile switch bracket associated with the tactile switch assembly. The grounding connector provides a grounding connection to the tactile switch bracket.

Electronic device adopting key-waterproof structure and method for waterproofing key thereof

An electronic device and a method of waterproofing a key thereof are provided. The electronic device includes a body, a display device disposed in the body, a key disposed in the body, and a key-waterproof structure including an insert-injected product that includes an insert-injected sealing area, and a bonding area where a silicon-not-attached portion is formed. The method includes assembling a flexible printed circuit board, to which a key is attached, through a silicon-not-attached portion of an insert-injected product, which is made by insert-injecting a bracket and silicon rubber, and bonding the silicon-not-attached portion.

Mobile terminal

The present invention provides a mobile terminal comprising: a terminal body having a display part on the front side thereof; and a back input part exposed to the back side of the body and having a first button part for receiving a push input of a first function, wherein the first button part comprises: an exposed part having a colored layer and exposed to the outside; a knob part formed on the back side thereof so as to fix the exposed part; and a body part covering the knob part and formed to be integrated with the exposed part.
