The second end of the conductive copper busbar is connected with a transformer. The conductive copper busbar includes a first segment and a second segment connected with the first segment. The first segment is one straight segment and an end is taken as an end of the first end of the conductive copper busbar. The first segment extends from the static contact in the direction opposite to the instantaneous action direction of the moving contact when the moving contact engages the static contact. The second segment is connected with the other end of the first segment, and extends towards the side of the first segment facing away from the moving contact.
ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY DISCONNECTOR FOR A PROTECTION MODULE AND PROTECTION MODULE INCLUDING SUCH A DISCONNECTOR
An electrical power supply disconnector for establishing or severing the connection between current conductors and a power supply circuit. The electrical power supply disconnector includes a housing including a central passage, the walls of which bear contact strips that are located facing one another along a contact axis, and a slider sliding through the central passage in the direction of a centre axis, and bearing at least a first electrically conductive bar, oriented along the contact axis, for electrically connecting at least one first low contact strip and one high contact strip when the slider is in a first position. A protection module including such a power supply disconnector.
ROTARY SWITCH DEVICE
A rotary switch device includes a terminal base to which a center portion contact and a fixed contact member are fixed, a movable contact member, and a support portion. The movable contact member includes a contact protrusion part which is pressed in contact with the center portion contact at one end of the movable contact member and a first contact surface which is in contact with the fixed contact member at another end of the movable contact member, and which is operated to rotate around the center portion contact so as to short-circuit between the center portion contact and the fixed contact member at a conductive rotation position.
Disconnecting switch having anti-icing device
The present invention provides a disconnector with an anti-icing arrangement, including a main blade moving contact, a main blade arm, a main blade static contact, a main blade transmission arrangement and a main blade anti-icing arrangement. The main blade transmission arrangement is adapted for driving the main blade arm to move. The main blade anti-icing arrangement includes a main blade anti-icing shield and a main blade anti-icing shield transmission arrangement. The main blade anti-icing shield transmission arrangement is adapted for drive the main blade anti-icing shield such that the main blade anti-icing shield shields the main blade moving contact in an opened position to keep ice and snow and rainwater from covering a surface of the main blade moving contact, and moves away from the main blade moving contact in a closed position, to enable the main blade moving contact to be contacted with the main blade static contact. The disconnector of the present invention has simple structure, convenient installation and strong adaptability, which greatly improves stability and reliability of the disconnector in alpine regions.
Horizontal-deflection prevention mechanism for high voltage direct current relay
The present invention discloses a horizontal-deflection prevention mechanism for an HVDC relay, comprising a moving contact assembly which comprises a moving reed and moving contacts arranged at left and right ends of the moving reed; an upper section of a pushrod is located above a yoke plate and fixed with the moving reed; a positioning plate is provided on the yoke plate; and a left return spring is connected between a left end of the moving reed and the positioning plate, and a right return spring is connected between a right end of the moving reed and the positioning plate. In the present invention, by the arrangement of a left return spring and a right return spring at the left and right ends of the moving reed at which moving contacts are provided, on one hand, a breaking force can be provided, which allows the moving contacts to quickly separate from the stationary contacts when the moving contacts and the stationary contacts are to be separated from each other, so that the relay makes a response quickly. On the other hand, the left return spring and the right return spring always provide an acting force which prevents the moving reed from rotating horizontally, so as to ensure that the moving contacts and the stationary contacts can come into contact precisely and to thus prevent the occurrence of faults due to the contact between the moving reed and other components.
Compact high voltage power fuse and methods of manufacture
Method of manufacturing a high voltage power fuse having a dramatically reduced size facilitated by silicated filler material, a formed fuse element geometry, arc barrier materials and single piece terminal fabrications. The method includes: connecting a full-range fuse element assembly including first and second metal strip fuse elements defining a plurality of weak spots therein and being connected in parallel to one another, the first metal strip fuse element configured to uniquely respond to a short circuit current condition and the second metal strip fuse element configured to uniquely respond to an overload current condition and a set of arc barriers at selected locations to surround respective cross sectional portions are disclosed.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DETECTING RELAY ADHESION
A method and a system for detecting an adhesion of a relay are disclosed. In a high voltage circuit, a voltage is measured across a load multiple times within a specified time period when a first relay and a second relay are open and a third relay is closed, where the second relay may be a main negative relay of the high voltage circuit. The second relay is declared to have an adhesion malfunction when a change in the value of the measured load voltage satisfies a specified condition. Using the change in the sampled load voltages external to the main negative relay, the adhesion malfunction of the main negative relay may be diagnosed, so that corrective action may be taken. The potential safety hazard caused by the adhesion malfunction of the main negative relay may be prevented, such as may occur in an electric vehicle high voltage circuit.
