Water detector clip
An electric clip, such as may be utilized with a leak detector, has a base which receives an insert to secure an inserted material, such as a mesh, there between. The insert has an arm with opposing hooks which pass through a first slot in a biased manner and then spring out once through to provide an assembled configuration. The clip can be secured to the material, such as by directing fingers through a second slot in a biased manner which then return once through to retain on a ledge.

The present disclosure relate to a base material assembly including a first base material made of a conductive material, a second base material made of a conductive material, spaced apart from the first base material to face the first base material, and coupled with the first base material by riveting, a plurality of emboss members each protruding from an inside surface of the second base material to point-contact a plane of an inside surface of the first member, and the first base material and the second base material are mechanically and electrically connected through the plurality of emboss members.

The present disclosure relate to a base material assembly including a first base material made of a conductive material, a second base material made of a conductive material, spaced apart from the first base material to face the first base material, and coupled with the first base material by riveting, a plurality of emboss members each protruding from an inside surface of the second base material to point-contact a plane of an inside surface of the first member, and the first base material and the second base material are mechanically and electrically connected through the plurality of emboss members.

TERMINAL FITTING
A terminal fitting (F) includes a pressure receiving portion (20) formed by causing a part of a first top plate (13) constituting a rectangular tubular body (10) to project toward a resilient contact piece (18), a locking projection (15) flush with the first top plate (13) and projecting from an extending end edge (13E) of the top plate (13) extending in a front-rear direction and locked to a right side plate (12R), and a right side edge (22R) constituting an outer peripheral edge part of the pressure receiving portion (20) and arranged along the extending end edge (13E) of the first top plate (13). A spacing in a width direction between the extending end edge (13E) of the first top plate (13) and the right side edge (22R) is smallest in an area corresponding to the locking projection (15).
TERMINAL FITTING
A terminal fitting (F) includes a pressure receiving portion (20) formed by causing a part of a first top plate (13) constituting a rectangular tubular body (10) to project toward a resilient contact piece (18), a locking projection (15) flush with the first top plate (13) and projecting from an extending end edge (13E) of the top plate (13) extending in a front-rear direction and locked to a right side plate (12R), and a right side edge (22R) constituting an outer peripheral edge part of the pressure receiving portion (20) and arranged along the extending end edge (13E) of the first top plate (13). A spacing in a width direction between the extending end edge (13E) of the first top plate (13) and the right side edge (22R) is smallest in an area corresponding to the locking projection (15).
CLAMPING ASSEMBLY FOR ATTACHING A GROUNDING CONDUCTOR TO A PIPE HAVING A PROTECTIVE COATING
A clamping assembly for attaching a grounding conductor to a pipe having a protective coating includes an elongate conductive strap and a clamp. The conductive strap is sufficiently long to circumferentially surround the pipe and has longitudinally spaced sharp projections that are sufficient to penetrate the protective coating around the pipe to make an electrical coupling between the strap and a conductive part of the pipe beneath the protective coating. The clamp is coupled to the grounding conductor and clamps the conductive strap to the pipe at a tension sufficient to maintain an electrical connection between the conductive part of the pipe and the grounding conductor without the need for any welding of the grounding conductor to the pipe and without the need for any stripping of the protective coating from the pipe.
Two-Way Crimpless Butt Connector
A two-way crimpless butt connector is provided. The butt connector includes a cylindrical housing including a pair of open ends providing two-way entry into the housing, a cylindrical conduit including a pair of open ends each configured to receive an end of a wire therein, and a fastener configured to secure and adjoin the pair of wire ends in the conduit. The fastener includes bendable teeth disposed on the open ends of the conduit. The teeth protrude radially inwardly and form an opening including a diameter smaller than a diameter of the wire ends. When a wire end is inserted into the conduit, the teeth bend with the wire end, thereby engaging the wire end and securing it within the conduit. In this way, the wire ends may be inserted into the housing, adjoined, and locked in the conduit without the use of a crimper, thereby establishing an electrical connection therebetween.
