Connecting device for feed lines

The invention relates to a device for connecting feed lines, comprising: first electrical connector elements which can each be connected to a power supply, and first fluid connection elements which can be connected to a working fluid source, all of said elements being grouped together in a fixed manner in a first stationary connector; a power feed line, a working fluid feed line; and a second fluid connection element coupled to a first end of a flexible tube and second electrical connector elements, grouped together in a fixed manner in a first movable connector. According to the invention, at least first end segments of the second electrical connector elements and of the flexible tube are disposed inside an elastically flexible hose that is connected to the first movable connector.

The relay has a bottom wall, a side wall, and a contact plug which projects out of the bottom wall. The side wall is arranged perpendicular to the bottom wall and includes an offset section which contacts the bottom wall and projects out into the relay in a direction of a surface normal of the side wall. The relay holder includes a socket configured to hold the contact plug of the relay when the relay is inserted into the relay holder. The relay holder also includes an insulating wall which, when the relay is inserted into the relay holder, is aligned parallel to the side wall and projects beyond the bottom wall to form an angled insulation section for the contact plug along a surface of the insulating wall.

A connector includes a housing and an electric wire cover assembled with the housing. The housing includes a terminal housing portion and an electric wire leading portion. A locking rib protruding outward is formed on the electric wire leading portion. An assembling portion is formed on an end part of the electric wire cover facing to the housing. The assembling portion includes a locking protrusion and a catching portion protruding more than the locking protrusion in a mounting direction of mounting the electric wire cover on the housing. The catching portion includes a sliding face inclined with respect to the mounting direction. When the electric wire cover is mounted on the housing, the sliding face makes contact with the electric wire leading portion, thereby the assembling portion is displaced outward.

The present invention is directed to a resilient force clamping connection (2) for a terminal block (1), in particular a connection terminal or connecting terminal, so as to electrically connect at least one conductor, said resilient force clamping element comprising a busbar (3), and a clamping spring (4) having a support limb (40), a resilient bend (41) that adjoins the support limb (40), and a clamping limb (42) that adjoins the resilient bend (41), wherein the clamping limb (42) comprises at a free end (420) that is remote from the resilient bend (41) a clamping section (421) so as to form a conductor clamping site (K) between the clamping section (421) and the busbar (3) so as to electrically connect a conductor (L) to the resilient force clamping connection (2). At least one actuating limb (43) extends from the clamping limb (42) between the resilient bend (41) and the free end (420) in a direction away from the support limb (40), wherein the actuating limb (43) comprises an actuating section (430) in order to cooperate with a release element (5) so as to open the conductor clamping site (K). The present invention is further directed to a terminal block (1) so as to electrically connect at least one conductor, said terminal block comprising an insulated housing (6) and at least one resilient force clamping connection (2) according to the present invention and being received at least in part by the insulated housing (6).

Connector

A connector includes an insulation housing formed with a plurality of terminal slots, and a plurality of terminals inserted into the plurality of terminal slots. Each of the plurality of terminals has a pin protruding from a bottom of the insulation housing for insertion into a terminal hole in a circuit board. At least one latch is formed on the insulation housing for insertion and locking into a latch hole defined in the circuit board.

An electrical junction box includes a circuit structure that includes a connection terminal for connection to an external apparatus, a case that has an insertion hole and houses the circuit structure, a relay terminal that is connected to the connection terminal, and includes an external connection portion that is inserted into the insertion hole and is exposed to the outside of the case, and a sealing member that is compressed between opposing surfaces of the insertion hole and the relay terminal and seals the insertion hole.

A battery wiring module has a novel structure with which workability of a wire routing process can be improved and is able to prevent or reduce the occurrence of misrouting. A battery wiring module includes a plurality of busbars that electrically connect adjacent battery cells of a plurality of battery cells arranged in a row, a plurality of coated wires connected at one end to an external connection terminal and a connecting part provided at the other end being connected to one of the busbars, a wire routing body in which a busbar housing frame that houses the busbars and a wire routing passage that routes the coated wires are provided, and a sub-assembly protector that is mounted to the wire routing body, the sub-assembly protector holding a plurality of coated wires.

POWER FEEDER CONNECTOR DEVICES

A power feeder device can include a base having a mounting portion and a plurality of connector structures extending from the mounting portion and spaced apart relative to each other to form a respective gap therebetween. Each connector structure can be configured to receive a respective pair of terminals to electrically connect the respective pair of terminals within connector structures and to block a line of sight between an adjacent pair of terminals. The device can also include a cover configured to mate with the base to enclose each of the plurality of connector structures and to increase a length of a creepage path between each pair of terminals by at least partially inserting into each gap between the connector structures. The base and the cover can be configured to form a terminal opening on each lateral side when assembled to allow pass-through of a conductor and/or portion of each terminal.

An electrical connector and associated terminal are disclosed for making an electrical connection to a wire. The terminal includes a plurality of metal plates adjoining each other to form a stack that defines a passage for receiving the wire. The plates include a plurality of cutter plates disposed between a pair of outer holding plates. Each of the cutter plates has a pair of cutting edges for disrupting any insulation on the wire to permit a conductor of the wire to directly contact the cutter plate. One or more of the cutter plates may have a contact projection for making an electrical connection. The connector includes the terminal and may further include a housing. The holding plates of the terminal have outer edges with abutment features for engaging interior surfaces of the housing.
