UNINTERRUPTABLE TAP
A coaxial tap in a hybrid fiber coaxial cable distribution system serves subscribers with an RF signal.
COMBINATION OUTLET AND POWER DISTRIBUTION UNIT INCORPORATING THE SAME
A combination outlet connector is disclosed. The combination outlet connector includes an outlet core having three T-shaped apertures. The outlet core has a core outer surface to mate with a first connector type, such as a C14 connector, and electrical terminals are positioned in corresponding apertures. A removable adapter sleeve is positionable around the outlet core and has a sleeve outer surface to mate with a second connector type, such as a C20 connector. The adapter sleeve includes a sleeve aperture at least partially congruent with the core outer surface. The electrical terminals are configured to connect with mating terminals of the first and second connector types. A removable adapter shroud can be positioned around the outlet core. The shroud includes a shroud inner surface to receive the first connector type and a shroud flange having a shroud aperture at least partially congruent with the core outer surface.
Connector assemblies for computing devices
Connection assemblies are disclosed herein for use with a computing device. In some examples, the connection assembly includes a collar that is rotatably disposed about a first connector and is transitionable between a first position and a second position. When the collar is in the first position, shoulders of a second connector coupled to the first connector interfere with corresponding shoulders within the collar to prevent withdrawal of the second connector from the first connector. When the collar is in the second position, the shoulders of the second connector are misaligned with the corresponding shoulders within the collar so that the second connector is freely removable from the first connector.
Multi-function device for an adjustable bed system
A multi-function device for an adjustable bed system is disclosed which has a housing having a top section and a side section, the side section having a button having a light and a port, operation of the button for sending a signal, a cord connected to the housing, the cord having a wire connected to the button, and a connector connected to the wire.
Repair electrical plug adapter
The repair electrical plug adapter is a replacement kit. The repair electrical plug adapter is used to repair one or more damaged NEMA 5-15 electric sockets. The repair electrical plug adapter comprises a housing and a plurality of NEMA 5-15 electric sockets. The repair electrical plug adapter is configured for use with a cable and a national electric grid. The plurality of NEMA 5-15 electric sockets attach to the housing. The plurality of NEMA 5-15 electric sockets replace the one or more damaged NEMA 5-15 electric sockets that are attached to the cable. The cable electrically connects the housing and the plurality of NEMA 5-15 electric sockets to the national electric grid. The national electric grid is a commercially available source of electric energy that is defined elsewhere in this disclosure.
Power wiring device
Disclosed is a power wiring device which comprises: at least one elongated wiring member which includes a plurality of first connectors and allows the first connectors to be mutually electrically conducted; and a plurality of circuit modules each including a second connector which is mechanically and electrically attachable to and detachable from any of the first connectors, wherein the plurality of circuit modules include: at least one energy harvesting module as a circuit module capable of outputting power generated by energy harvesting from the second connector; and at least one load module as a circuit module capable of consuming power input from the second connector.
Replaceable Socket Device and Adapter
The embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a replaceable socket device and an adapter. The replaceable socket device includes at least one adapting element and an adapter. Each of the at least one adapting elements includes a first polarity terminal, a second polarity terminal, and a third polarity terminal. The adapter includes at least one adapter interface, a first polarity adapting member, a second polarity adapting member, and a third polarity adapting member. When the at least one adapting element and the at least one adapter interface are engaged with each other, the at least one adapting element is electrically connected to the at least one adapter interface.
Ganged coaxial connector assembly with removable connector-cable configuration
A ganged connector assembly includes: a plurality of coaxial connectors, each of the coaxial connectors connected with a respective coaxial cable extending rearwardly therefrom, each of the coaxial connectors including an inner contact and an outer body that is electrically separated from the inner contact; a shell having a plurality of cavities; and a plurality of rear bodies, each of the rear bodies encircling a respective outer body, each of the rear bodies mounted in a respective cavity of the shell. Each of the rear bodies includes a first locking feature. A second locking feature is located in each of the cavities and is fixed relative to the shell. The first and second locking features are configured such that rotation of a first of the plurality of rear bodies relative to the shell moves the first rear body between locked and unlocked positions, wherein in the locked position a respective first connector and respective first cable are secured with the shell within a respective cavity, and in the unlocked position the first connector and first cable can be removed from the shell without removing the remaining connectors and cables.
Single-pair Ethernet device, single-pair Ethernet system and method for installing a single-pair Ethernet system
A single-pair Ethernet device comprises a first input contact and a second input contact, which are configured for electrically contacting a single-pair Ethernet input conductor pair, further comprises a first output contact and a second output contact, which are configured for electrically contacting a single-pair Ethernet output conductor pair, comprises a first conduction path, which in at least one operation state electrically conductively connects the first input contact to the first output contact, and comprises a second conduction path, which in the operation state electrically conductively connects the second input contact to the second output contact.
Plug assembly and receptacle assembly with two rows
A connector system for a pluggable IO connector is disclosed that includes a plug with two rows of pads on two sides of a mating blade and a receptacle with two connection regions that is configured to engage the two rows of pads. In an embodiment the connector system can support double the data bandwidth of a typical connector, such as a QSFP connector, while allowing for backward compatibility with convention plug assemblies that have a single row of pads on each side the mating blade.
