A storage hutch assembly 10 including a plurality of dissimilar assemblies, such as a power tool holder assembly 120, which may be selectively and operatively deployed within the hutch assembly 10 upon a contained shelf 30 and/or upon a storage cart, such a cart 50, and/or upon a surface such as surface 25 contained within the storage hutch assembly 10.

Power connection assembly

A power connection assembly for an appliance includes a receptacle that has an inner wall. The inner wall defines a cavity. A channel is defined by the inner wall and is in communication with the cavity. A power cord is configured to be at least partially received by the cavity of the receptacle. A cap is rotatable between a locked position and an unlocked position and is configured to at least partially encase the power cord. A protrusion extends radially from the cap. A switch is positioned proximate the channel and is operable between an open position and a closed position. The protrusion is received by the channel and is configured to move the switch to the closed position.

Bi-directional fan

A bi-directional fan device that is field replaceable within an electronic system is provided. The bi-directional fan device includes a fan unit that cools an electronic system when connected to a power source, and an electrical connector constructed at both ends of the fan unit to electrically connect to the power source.

Automation compatible spring assisted single part tamper resistant shutter mechanism for wiring device product

A shutter assembly for a tamper-resistant electrical receptacle includes a shutter, a base clip, and a spring. The shutter is coupled at one end by the spring to the rear side of an individual outlet cover of the electrical receptacle, and two multi-sloped blocking mechanisms of the shutter block access to the live electrical terminals from the hot and neutral slots of the outlet cover when a plug is not inserted into the outlet. The shutter comprises a fulcrum that rests on the base clip, which allows one end of the shutter to interlock with divots formed in the rear side of the outlet cover and the other end of the shutter to interlock with the base clip in order to prevent access to the live electrical terminals when an object is inserted into only one of the hot or neutral slots of the individual outlet cover, or when an object is inserted into the outlet cover at a tilted angle.

COMBINED UPPER COVER FOR A POWER STRIP
20220320787 · 2022-10-06 ·

The present invention provides a combined upper cover for a power strip, which is formed by combining a first upper cover and a second upper cover. The first upper cover is provided with a cover body portion and a connecting portion, both the cover body portion and the connecting portion are thin-walled shells with an accommodating space and an open bottom, and the bottoms of the sidewalls of the connecting portion form blocking surfaces connected to the second upper cover in a snap-fit manner. The second upper cover is a thin-walled shell with an accommodating space and an open bottom and one open side, and is mounted on the connecting portion in a snap-fit manner. A plurality of wedged retaining teeth are projected from the inner surface of the sidewall of the second upper cover, and can abut against the blocking surfaces to form snap-fit connection. According to the present invention, since the housing is assembled by the snap-fit fasteners in a snap-fit manner, a more stable and firmer connection can be obtained so as to avoid disconnection caused by threads getting loose that may occur in threaded connection. Moreover, different colors can be sprayed on the separated upper cover assembly, improving product recognizability.
