A low-water cleansing composition is provided that includes 5.0 wt. % to less than 40 wt. % of one or more C.sub.1-C.sub.8 alcohol, at least 10.0 wt. % of a mixture of two or more surfactants, at least 0.05 wt. % of a pH adjuster; and water, the concentrations being based on a total weight of the low-water cleansing composition.

A hair conditioner composition comprising: a) a basic amino acid; b) a fatty acid; c) a high melting point fatty alcohol; and d) an aqueous carrier; wherein a) through d) form a lamellar gel network matrix with a L.sub.β phase.

A hair conditioner composition comprising: a) a fatty acid; b) a fatty alcohol; and c) an antimicrobial system comprising: i) glyceryl caprylate; and ii) one or more of 4-hydroxyacetophenone and pentylene glycol.

A rinse off hair treatment composition comprising; a. a pressure sensitive adhesive emulsion comprising one or more pressure sensitive polymer, wherein the pressure sensitive polymer is not silicone pressure sensitive polymer, and b. at least one material selected from the group consisting of i) a hair conditioning agent; ii) a hair cleansing agent, and, c. a deposition aid.

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising anionic surfactants of polyoxyalkylenated alkyl(amido)ether carboxylic acid type, additional non-sulfated anionic surfactants, non-ionic and amphoteric surfactants and cationic or amphoteric polymers. The invention also relates to a process for the cosmetic treatment of keratin materials, in particular for washing and/or conditioning the hair, using such a composition, and also to a use employing said composition.

The present disclosure relates to hair-treatment compositions, which are particularly useful for providing styling, hair manageability, hair care, and conditioning properties to hair. The hair-treatment compositions typically include: (a) about 1 to about 3 wt. % of one or more vegetable oils; (b) about 2 to about 4 wt. % of one or more solid fatty alcohols; (c) 1 wt. % or less of one or more nonionic surfactants; (d) one or more non-silicone shine enhancers; (e) one or more amidoamines: (f) one or more acids; and (g) water. The unique combination of ingredients results in a product having a milky appearance and a fluid viscosity. Kits comprising the hair-treatment compositions and methods of treating hair using the hair-treatment compositions are also disclosed.

The present disclosure relates to a concentrated rinse-off cleansing composition that includes a high concentration of surfactants and conditioning agent(s). For example, the cleansing compositions may include: (a) surfactants system comprising: (i) one or more anionic surfactants selected from: (i-a) alkyl sulfates; alkyl ether sulfates, salts thereof, or a mixture thereof; and (i-b) optionally, one or more non-sulfate anionic surfactants; (ii) one or more alkyl polyglucosides; and (iii) one or more amphoteric surfactants; (b) one or more conditioning agents; and (c) water. The cleansing compositions are particularly useful for cleansing hair.

The present disclosure relates to an antiperspirant cosmetic composition which provides good efficacy without silicone oils. Furthermore, the present disclosure relates to a cosmetic method for reducing perspiration and/or body odor caused by perspiration using a composition as contemplated herein.

The present disclosure relates to hair care and conditioning compositions comprising polyols; monoalcohols having from 2 to 6 carbon atoms; fatty alcohols selected from cetyl alcohol and myristyl alcohol; cationic surfactants; fatty carbonate esters; and dialkyl ethers. When the composition is applied to the wet or damp hair or put in contact with extraneous water, the composition forms an emulsion having a lamellar phase. The present disclosure also relates to methods of treating hair using these compositions.
