A hydrophobic gel formulation for topical use, free of silicone products, comprising in weight percentage on the total weight of the formulation: from 10 to 50% of vitamin E, from 20 to 60% of a vegetable butter or a wax, from 10 to 30% triglyceride of caprylic and capric acid and from 3 to 10% of a gelling agent for lipids such as the triglyceride of palmitic and stearic acid.

The present disclosure relates to leave-on hair styling compositions comprising: (a) at least one sugar alcohol: (b) inulin; (c) sclerotium gum; (d) at least one water-soluble solvent; and (e) water. The leave-on hair styling compositions provide excellent hair styling benefits without requiring synthetic film-forming polymers and/or silicones. In particular, the leave-on hair styling compositions are useful for imparting durable styling or shaping benefits, providing volume and fullness, and imparting frizz control to hair.

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition, especially a hair composition, comprising: one or more anionic surfactants, one or more amphoteric surfactants, one or more cationic polymers with a high cationic charge density, one or more liquid fatty substances chosen from non-oxyalkylenated fatty alcohols and monocarboxylic fatty acid esters, and also mixtures thereof. The invention also relates to a cosmetic process for treating, and more particularly for washing and conditioning, keratin materials, especially the hair, using the present composition.

Hair cleaning agents and methods for improving the care properties of hair are provided. An exemplary hair cleaning agent contains anionic surfactant and a specific oil mixture. The oil mixture may include (i) at least one mono- and/or diester of glycerol and a saturated or unsaturated, branched or unbranched carboxylic acid having 18 to 30 carbon atoms, (ii) at least one vegetable oil, (iii) at least one cationic guar polymer, and (iv) at least one amidoamine of a selected formula.

The present disclosure relates to hair treatment agents and methods for improving nourishment properties of hair. An exemplary hair treatment agent includes, in a cosmetic carrier, trimethylglycine, an amidoamine of a specific formula and an esterquat of a specific formula. An exemplary hair treatment agent is suitable for improving the nourishment properties of hair, in particular for improving the combability and ease of detangling of wet and dry hair, and also the feel, shine and static properties of hair.

The present disclosure relates to compositions suitable as leave-in hairstyling compositions comprising (a) a first polysaccharide comprising inulin; (b) a second polysaccharide comprising carrageenan; (c) a third polysaccharide; and (d) a humectant. The compositions as leave-on hair styling do not require synthetic film-forming polymers nor do they require silicones. The leave-on hair styling compositions are particularly useful in methods for imparting durable styling or shaping benefits to hair.

A lip composition. The lip composition may include at least 40% by weight of one or more emollients, at least 20% by weight of waxes, the waxes including a hard wax and a soft wax, and a plurality of fillers including silica silylate and cellulose. The lip composition may be free of water and silicones, and may be vegan.
