METHOD OF UTILIZING ULTRAFINE BUBBLES
In the case that an external skin agent that contains a specific component is to be applied to the skin of a right hand, a liquid that contains ultrafine bubbles is applied to the portion of the skin onto which the external skin agent is to be applied. The application of the liquid is performed prior to the external skin agent being applied, by spraying the liquid from an aerosol container having a spray actuator with a flow rate adjusting mechanism.
SPRAY-DRIED DYE COMPOSITIONS, PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION AND USE THEREOF
The invention relates to spray-dried, washfast dye compositions (preferably in the form of pigment powders) having a bleeding rate of ≤0.5% and consisting of water-soluble functional dyes, preferably food dyes, which are firmly incorporated in a silica matrix. Apart from low bleeding of dye, these compositions are remarkable for their high stability to pH changes and/or ascorbic acid. The invention is also directed to the production of the dye compositions and the use thereof. The dye compositions are preferably employed in coloring foods, cosmetics, pharmaceutical products, but also in other uses.
Powder and process for cleaning teeth by use of such powder
The invention relates to a powder for use in a powder jet device for cleaning teeth, wherein the powder comprises granules having an average particle size of 20 μm to 220 μm and the granules comprise primary particles and a binder, wherein the primary particles have an average particle size smaller than the average particle size of the granules. The invention also relates to a process for preparing the powder and the use of the powder for cleaning teeth.
BIOCIDE PRODUCT OF BROAD, CONTINUOUS AND PROLONGUED EFFECT BASED ON ETHANOL, BENZALKONIUM CHLORIDE AND COPPER NANOPARTICLES
A biocide product comprising biocidal agents, surfactants and solvents characterized in that it comprehends the following elements: a) Alcohol taken from the following group: ethyl alcohol, methyl alcohol and isopropyl alcohol; b) Quaternary ammonium taken from the following group: Benzalkonium chloride, Ethyl Benzyl Chloride, dodecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and the combinations thereof. The different formulas that may be prepared, in liquid as in gel, all of them contain alcohol, quaternary ammonium and copper nanoparticles in a determined range of proportions. The use of the obtained biocide in the liquid formula results more apt to be applied on surfaces and the gel formulation for personal use especially on the skin.
Hair cosmetic composition comprising silicones and surfactants, and cosmetic treatment process
The present invention relates to a hair cosmetic composition, especially for washing and/or conditioning hair, comprising surfactants and an oil-in-water emulsion that comprises: a silicone mixture comprising a trialkylsilyl terminated dialkylpolysiloxane and an amino silicone; a mixture of emulsifiers comprising one or more nonionic emulsifier, wherein the mixture of emulsifiers has a HLB value from 10 to 16; and water. The invention also relates to a process for the cosmetic treatment of hair, preferably for washing and/or conditioning hair, using this composition.
Boron nitride nanomaterial compositions
Compositions contain boron nitride nanomaterials at least partially coated with biomolecules.
DELIVERY CARRIER INTO CELL
[Problem to be Solved]
Provided is a delivery carrier into the cell having high antioxidant activity, intracellular absorbability, intracellular disintegration property, stability and safety, which have high delivery property of the active ingredient to cell and living tissues.
[Solution]
The delivery carrier into cells includes a vitamin derivative with co-activation of both autophagy-related genes and protease synthesis genes, a polymer molecule containing stimulatory reactivity, an emulsion stabilizer, an active ingredient, and a lipid, thereby providing a delivery carrier into cells with high delivery properties of the active ingredient to cells and living tissues.
Gold nanoparticles and ecological method of production
A method of preparing biocompatible and stable gold nanoparticles comprises preparing at least one flavonoid-rich plant extract, and mixing at least one of the plant extracts with an aqueous solution of at least one gold salt. The flavonoid-rich plant extract is an extract of Hubertia ambavilla or Hypericum lanceolatum. The gold nanoparticles may be used for medical and/or cosmetic purposes.
Immunomodulatory composition comprising lactobacillus-derived extracellular vesicles
The present specification discloses an immunomodulatory composition comprising lactobacillus-derived extracellular vesicles as an active ingredient. The lactobacillus may be Lactobacillus plantarum. The composition has the effects of inducing differentiation into M2-type macrophages and reducing expression of at least one member selected from the group consisting of CCR2, SOCS3 and HLA-DRα, which are M1-type macrophage differentiation markers.
Hydrogen supply material and production therefor, and hydrogen supply method
A layered solid formulation (100a) as one hydrogen supply material (200) according to the present invention includes silicon fine particles having a capability of generating hydrogen and aggregates of the silicon fine particles, and a physiologically acceptable medium (90b) that gets contact with the silicon fine particles or the aggregates thereof. The hydrogen supply material (200) is a hydrogen supply material for bringing the hydrogen into contact with the skin and/or the mucous membrane through the medium (90b).
