SHORT-CIRCUIT DETECTION DEVICE AND SHORT-CIRCUIT DETECTION METHOD
The short-circuit detection device according to the present disclosure includes: a signal acquisition unit configured to acquire, from a magnetic flux detector configured to detect a magnetic flux generated in a gap between a rotor and a stator of a rotary electric machine, one detected signal based on the magnetic flux and set the one detected signal as a first detected signal and a second detected signal; a signal processing unit configured to perform frequency analysis on the first detected signal, and generate and decode a voltage signal simulating a voltage state assumed in a normal case; and a signal comparison unit configured to perform comparison between a decoded signal obtained through the decoding by the signal processing unit and the second detected signal transmitted from the signal acquisition unit, to detect a short-circuit in a field winding of the rotary electric machine.
Drive axle for an electrically driven work machine
A drive axle for a work machine for driving wheels that are coupled to the drive axle. The drive axle includes a spur gear stage with an input shaft. A differential gear unit couples to the spur gear stage and to the wheels via wheel drive shafts. The drive axle further includes a reduction gear unit with an output element couples to the input shaft of the spur gear stage—and an input element which couples to an output shaft of an electric drive machine.
Fault-tolerant modular permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor and modular winding design method
The present invention relates to a fault-tolerant modular permanent magnet assisted synchronous reluctance motor (PMaSynRM) and provides a modular winding connection method. The modular winding connection is to change the positions of inlet and outlet coils based on the slot electrical potential star vectogram. Then, each module has a separate set of winding and the left and right relative distribution will be adopted on the winding connection. The invention has the advantages of modularization in structure, high independence between the modules, effectively avoiding overlapping of magnetic lines between the modules, and improving fault tolerance and reliability of the motor. The invention has the advantages of modularization in structure, high independence between the modules, magnetic decoupling between the modules, and improvement of fault tolerance and reliability of the motor.
Flywheel systems and flywheel bearing modules
A flywheel system includes a rotor configured to rotate about a rotation axis. The flywheel system further includes a fixture and an active magnetic bearing module for actively stabilizing the rotor relative to the fixture. The active magnetic bearing module includes a plurality of first magnetizable elements mechanically coupled to or integrated in the rotor, and a plurality of electromagnets mechanically coupled to the fixture and configured to magnetically couple with the plurality of first magnetizable elements to actively stabilize the rotor relative to the fixture. Each of the first magnetizable elements is farther than each of the electromagnets from the rotation axis.
Aircraft drive system
The disclosure relates to a hybrid-electrical drive system for an aircraft having two subsystems that are largely independent of each other. A stator winding of a common electrical machine is assigned to each of the subsystems such that both subsystems may be supplied with electrical energy from the common electrical machine. If a defect occurs in one of the subsystems, the drive system may be configured such that electrical energy from a battery of the non-defective subsystem may be transferred into the defective subsystem by utilizing the two stator winding systems.
VEHICLE MOTOR
A vehicle motor includes a stator, a rotor, and a shaft. The stator has a ring shape. The rotor is disposed radially inward of the stator. The shaft is disposed radially inward of the rotor and is configured to rotate together with the rotor. The stator is splittable into a plurality of parts, and the rotor is splittable into a plurality of parts.
Stator winding for a rotating electrical machine
The disclosure relates to a stator for a rotating electrical machine. The stator includes: a laminated core which provides stator teeth with respect to an air gap of the rotating electrical machine, and a stator winding which has a plurality of tooth windings, wherein a respective one of the tooth windings is arranged on a respective one of the stator teeth and has a respective first electrical conductor arranged in a plurality of turns running around the respective stator tooth. The disclosure is based on the object of improving the electrical safety with respect to short circuits in the region of the stator winding. It is proposed that the respective tooth winding has a respective second electrical conductor which is electrically insulated from the first electrical conductor and has a plurality of turns arranged in a manner running around the respective stator tooth, wherein the respective turns of the first and second electrical conductors are arranged in a bifilar manner.
MULTI-INVERTER SYSTEM FOR ELECTRIC MACHINE
