An automatic bubble blowing apparatus wearable on the head and having an inflatable ornamental skin. The inflatable ornamental skin is a non-tooled component which can be manufactured to have a variety of festive appearances. The apparatus has straps which can be used to secure the apparatus to the head of a user.
