The electronic device includes an integrated circuit (IC); a sonic vibrator arranged on one side of the IC; a speaker; and a processor configured to: control the speaker based on a sound signal, and filter a low-frequency band signal that is less than or equal to a threshold frequency from the sound signal and provide the low-frequency band signal to the sonic vibrator.

Amplifying Device and Controlling Method Therefor
An amplifying device includes a first amplifier, a voltage-limiting circuit, a second amplifier, a first controller, and a second controller. The first amplifier is configured to amplify an input signal. The voltage-limiting circuit is configured to limit a voltage of an output signal from the first amplifier to within a limit range. The second amplifier is configured to amplify an output signal from the voltage-limiting circuit. The first controller is configured to control the limit range in accordance with a current supplied to a load from the second amplifier. The second controller is configured to decrease an amplification factor of the first amplifier in a state in which the voltage-limiting circuit limits the voltage of the output signal from the first amplifier.
Variable gain amplifiers for communication systems
The present invention is directed to electrical circuits and techniques thereof. In various embodiments, the present invention provides a variable gain amplifier architecture that includes a continuous-time linear equalizer (CTLE) section and a variable gain amplifier (VGA) section. The CTLE section provides both a pair of equalized data signals and a common mode voltage. A DAC generates a control signal based on a control code. The VGA section amplifies the pair of equalized data signals by an amplification factor using a transistor whose resistance value is based on both the common mode voltage and the control signal. There are other embodiments as well.
Variable gain amplifiers for communication systems
The present invention is directed to electrical circuits and techniques thereof. In various embodiments, the present invention provides a variable gain amplifier architecture that includes a continuous-time linear equalizer (CTLE) section and a variable gain amplifier (VGA) section. The CTLE section provides both a pair of equalized data signals and a common mode voltage. A DAC generates a control signal based on a control code. The VGA section amplifies the pair of equalized data signals by an amplification factor using a transistor whose resistance value is based on both the common mode voltage and the control signal. There are other embodiments as well.
Intelligent power reduction in audio amplifiers
Disclosed herein is a device and method for intelligently reducing power consumption in an audio amplifier in the device, and in particular Class-D amplifiers, through the use of metadata associated with settings of the playback device and/or content to be played on the playback device. The device includes components for analyzing the settings and content metadata and regulates the voltage provided to the audio amplifier based on this analysis.

A fast response time, self-activating, adjustable threshold limiter including a limiting element LE, a first coupling element CE.sub.1 electrically connected from a signal node of LE to a control input of LE, and a second coupling element CE.sub.2 electrically connected from the control input of LE to a nominal node of LE. An initial bias (control) voltage is also supplied to the control input of LE to dynamically control the limiting threshold for the limiter. Embodiments include usage of self-activating adjustable power limiters in combination with series switch components in a switch circuit in lieu of conventional shunt switches.
