TECHNIQUES FOR SELECTING SUBCARRIER SPACING FOR SIGNAL DETECTION
Techniques are described herein that allow a user equipment (UE) to configure a subcarrier spacing value while monitoring synchronization signals of neighboring cells. In some wireless communication systems, synchronization signals in given radio frequency spectrum band may be transmitted using one of a plurality of different subcarrier spacings. In some cases, a network entity, such as a base station, may transmit an indication to the UE that indicates the subcarrier spacing used by a cell to transmit a specific set of synchronization signals. In some cases, the UE may select a subcarrier spacing based on a database of subcarrier spacings stored locally by the UE. In some cases, the UE may select the subcarrier spacing based on a predetermined configuration.
Adaptive UL-DL TDD configurations in a heterogneous network
Technology for a first eNodeB is disclosed. The first eNodeB can decode an uplink-downlink (UL-DL) time-division duplexing (TDD) subframe reconfiguration received from a second eNodeB. The UL-DL TDD subframe reconfiguration can be for the first eNodeB. The first eNodeB can encode the UL-DL TDD subframe reconfiguration received from the second eNodeB for transmission to a plurality of user equipment (UEs).
QUANTUM CIRCUIT ASSEMBLIES WITH ON-CHIP DEMULTIPLEXERS
One aspect of the present disclosure provides a quantum circuit assembly that includes a substrate with one or more qubit devices, and at least one demultiplexer included in a single chip with the qubit device(s). The demultiplexer is configured to receive a combined signal from external electronics, the combined signal including a combination of a plurality of signals in different frequency ranges, and to demultiplex said plurality of signals within the combined signal. The demultiplexer is further configured to apply different demultiplexed signals to different lines of a single qubit device, or/and to different qubit devices. Providing such demultiplexers on-chip with the qubit devices advantageously allows reducing the number of input/output lines coupling the chip with qubit devices and the external electronics.
Coordinated bluetooth—WiFi scheduling with bluetooth slot availability mask
A method and apparatus for coordinating communications between a Bluetooth system and a WiFi system in a device. Requests for airtime are collected from the Bluetooth system and the WiFi system. A local slot availability mask is prepared showing time slots allocated to the Bluetooth system. The local slot availability mask is forwarded to the WiFi system so that the WiFi system may avoid sending and receiving WiFi wireless communications during time slots allocated for Bluetooth system use. The WiFi system may override the Bluetooth allocation when needed. Changes in priority of the Bluetooth communications and of the WiFi communications result in changes in allocation of time slots.
HIERARCHICAL ARRANGEMENT AND MULTIPLEXING OF MOBILE NETWORK RESOURCE SLICES FOR LOGICAL NETWORKS
An apparatus may include a hierarchical arrangement of a plurality of resource slices of a mobile network. Each of a plurality of logical networks is allocated a resource slice within the mobile network for each of a plurality of layers, wherein each logical network provides network services for one of a plurality of service categories; wherein each logical network includes at least one dedicated resource slice that is dedicated to the logical network, and at least one shared resource slice that is shared among a plurality of the logical networks; the plurality of resource slices including a plurality of resource slices of a first layer and a plurality of resource slices of a second layer, wherein the first layer is lower than the second layer, wherein data from a set of the resource slices of the second layer are aggregated into a single resource slice of the first layer (downlink direction) and data from the single resource slice of the first layer is demultiplexed and forwarded to a selected resource slice of the set of resource slices of the second layer (uplink direction).
CARRIER AGGREGATION IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS
Provided is a data transmission system using a carrier aggregation. The data transmission system may assign a radio resource based on a correspondence relationship between a downlink and an uplink, and may transmit data using the assigned radio resource.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR REAL-TIME TRANSMISSION IN A FIELD BROADBAND BUS ARCHITECTURE OVER AN INDUSTRIAL INTERNET
The disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for real-time transmission in a field broadband bus architecture over an industrial internet, where the field broadband bus architecture over an industrial internet includes: a bus controller, at least one bus terminal, and a two-wire bus over which the bus controller and the bus terminal are connect to constitute a network, the bus controller communicates with any one bus terminal, and the respective bus terminals communicate with each other, using the OFDM technology, and sub-carriers occupied by the respective bus terminals do not interfere with each other; and the method includes: the bus controller receives a fixed-rate service transmitted by the bus terminal in an uplink subframe over pre-allocated fixed-rate service resource blocks; and allocates resource blocks for a variable-rate service of the bus terminal in a real-time manner among variable-rate service resource blocks.
Communication control method and user terminal
A communication control method in a mobile communication system, wherein each of a plurality of cell sets a CSS that is applied in common to all UEs 100 within the corresponding cell, and information associated with system information (an SIB 13) that is necessary for the reception of the MBMS control information is arranged in the CSS. The communication control method includes a step of simultaneously performing, by a UE 100, communication with a first cell operating as a main cell in which blind decoding for the CSS is required, and communication with a second cell operating as a subordinate cell other than the main cell; and a step of transmitting, by the UE 100, to the first cell, a main cell change request for changing the main cell from the first cell to the second cell.
TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM COMPRISING A CACHE SERVER LOCATED ON BOARD A HIGH-ALTITUDE PLATFORM AND ASSOCIATED DATA-TRANSMITTING METHOD
A satellite-based very-high-throughput system is provided and a web-caching system based on a high-altitude platform station, an aerostat for example, having the advantage of decreasing the throughput required over the feeder link without however requiring a cache server to be installed on board the satellite.
