SYSTEMS AND METHODS TO ESTABLISH SERVICE REQUEST INTERACTIONS
Systems and methods of establishing service requests via a smart TV device are provided. A smart TV device can receive fault condition information. The smart TV device can establish a first communication session between the smart TV device and a server and can transmit a service request interaction, including the received fault condition information, to the server. The server can transmit the first service request interaction to a computing device in a contact center environment. The computing device can generate diagnostic information and can transmit the diagnostic information to the server, which can forward the diagnostic information to the smart TV device. The smart TV device can display a prompt to deflect the first service request interaction from the smart TV device to a mobile device of the user. The mobile device can establish a second communication session between the mobile device and the computing device in the contact center environment to complete the first service request interaction.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SDN ORCHESTRATION VALIDATION
A system includes an orchestrator for a software-defined network and configured to receive a request for operation of the software-defined network, a software-defined network controller in communication with the orchestrator through a northbound application programming interface, at least one network element in communication with the software defined network controller though a southbound application programming interface, and a mutable network element configured to receive the request and instantiate a virtual function within the mutable network element to test the at least one network element in accordance with the request.

METHOD, APPARATUS AND COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCT FOR IMPROVING DYNAMIC RETRY OF RESOURCE SERVICE
Methods, apparatuses and computer program products for implementing dynamic retry of a resource service in a network system are provided. An example method may include: transmitting a first service request to the resource service, determining a first service availability indicator, calculating a first service availability estimate associated with the resource service based on the first service availability indicator, and determining whether to transmit a second service request based on the first service availability estimate. The example method may be repeated by an example apparatus continuously for each transmitted service request.

Detection of overlapping subnets in a network
Disclosed are systems, methods, and computer-readable media for assuring tenant forwarding in a network environment. Network assurance can be determined in layer 1, layer 2 and layer 3 of the networked environment including, internal-internal (e.g., inter-fabric) forwarding and internal-external (e.g., outside the fabric) forwarding in the networked environment. The network assurance can be performed using logical configurations, software configurations and/or hardware configurations.

Automated host management service
A recovery workflow is part of an automated management service for bare metal hosts allocated for single-tenant operation in a multi-tenant environment. The health of the hosts is monitored using a set of health criteria. If it is detected that one of the host machines fails a health check then a host recovery workflow can be initiated. As part of the workflow, the failed host can be repurposed or retired. A spare host class can be used to obtain a new host to take over for the failed host. Once deployed, the operation of the new host can be tested. Upon passing the test, the new host can take over for the failed host. A new host resource can be automatically requested to be added to the spare host class in order to ensure that there are sufficient resources available in case of an additional failure.
