A network disruption detection engine gathers and stores network routing path update messages that routinely modify routing tables used by internet routers for transporting message traffic between a source and a destination. Routing path messages continually maintain a network transport infrastructure both for intranets used for particular entities such as corporations, and internet traffic between arbitrary source and destination nodes. Major disruptions or outages typically result in an increase in routing path messages, typically focused on a particular set, region or network entity where the disruption occurred, as other routing entities seek to avoid the troubled region. Analysis of this sudden activity of routing messages and extracting message content about the network region they seek to avoid allows identification and queries of a widespread network outage.

Described in detail herein are systems and methods for routing data in a distributed environment. A controller can maintain an inactive state. A terminal can receive a request associated with a physical object. The terminal can be communicatively coupled to a cloud computing system. The terminal can attempt to transmit the request to the cloud computing system. A router communicatively coupled to the controller and cloud computing system can attempt to initiate communication between the terminal and the cloud computing system in response to the terminal attempt to transmit the request to the cloud computing system. The router can route the request to the controller in response to failing to initiate communication between the terminal and the cloud computing system after specified amount of time. The controller can switch from an inactive state to an active state in response to receiving the request.
Device and method for controlling network
A network control device includes a storage and a processor. The storage stores an identifying value and a severity value for each of network elements. The identifying values are hierarchized based on inclusion relationships between the network elements. The severity values respectively indicate a severity in sharing a risk of a failure in the network elements. When first and second paths are designated, the processor detects, for each of a plurality of target identifying values corresponding to a plurality of network elements implementing the first path, a longest matched identifying value having a longest region matching the target identifying value from among a plurality of identifying values corresponding to a plurality of network elements implementing the second path. The processor calculates a sum of severity values corresponding to the detected longest matched identifying values, and evaluates the second path for the first path based on the sum.

For example, the responder prediction server system may extract one or more alert attributes for each of the one or more alert related datasets for training one or more responder prediction machine learning models and/or one or more prioritization machine learning models. The responder prediction machine learning model and prioritization machine learning models may process one or more alerts, in real-time, to generate one or more response team prediction objects for rendering in a response team suggestion interface.

Finally, the first apparatus sends the target intent information to the second apparatus. The target intent information is generated based on the service requirement and the intent management capability information supported by the second apparatus, and the target intent information meets a management requirement. Therefore, a degree of matching between the target intent information and the second apparatus can be effectively improved. This avoids a problem that the target intent information does not match the second apparatus, avoids repeated adjustment of the delivered intent information, and improves efficiency.

A method is disclosed for out-of-band data communication with a base station in a wireless network, the method comprising: determining, at a base station in a cellular access network, the base station configured to use a coordination server and to a first core network for providing network access to user equipments (UEs), an occurrence of an event regarding a communication problem related to the base station; sending an out-of-band message, via an embedded UE module coupled to the base station attached to a second core network, to the coordination server, based on the occurrence of the event at the base station; updating, at the coordination server, a stored status for the base station, thereby enabling a status of the base station to be updated at the coordination server via an out-of-band message.
