SERVICE LEVEL OBJECTIVE PLATFORM

Techniques for generating and monitoring service level objectives (SLOs) are disclosed. The techniques include an SLO platform performing: storing a first SLO definition of a first SLO including a first error budget for a first metric associated with a first service; storing a second SLO definition of a second SLO including a second error budget for a second metric associated with a second service; obtaining first telemetry data from a first data source associated with the first service; obtaining second telemetry data from a second data source associated with the second service; monitoring the first SLO at least by computing the first metric based on the first telemetry data and evaluating the first metric against the first error budget; and monitoring the second SLO at least by computing the second metric based on the second telemetry data and evaluating the second metric against the second error budget.

TECHNIQUES FOR IMPLEMENTING ROLLBACK OF INFRASTRUCTURE CHANGES IN A CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE ORCHESTRATION SERVICE

Techniques for implementing rollback of infrastructure changes in an infrastructure orchestration service are described. In certain examples, an infrastructure orchestration service is disclosed that manages both provisioning and deploying of infrastructure assets within a cloud environment. The service receives a plan comprising a set of instructions associated with a set of infrastructure assets of an execution target and identifies a first state of the set of infrastructure assets. The service executes the set of instructions in the plan to achieve a second state for the set of infrastructure assets. Based in part on the executing, the service receives a trigger for rolling back the plan to restore the set of infrastructure assets in the plan to the first state and executes a rollback plan for the plan. The service then transmits a result associated with the execution of the rollback plan.

Service monitoring interface with an aggregate key performance indicator of a service and aspect key performance indicators of aspects of the service

A method is disclosed that includes receiving a request to display a service-monitoring user interface that illustrates performance of one or more services that are each provided by one or more entities. Each service is associated with a stored service definition that identifies the one or more entities, and each entity is associated with stored entity definition information that identifies machine data produced by or about the entity from one or more sources. The method further includes causing display of the service-monitoring user interface illustrating performance of each service via an aggregate key performance indicator (KPI) that characterizes a respective service as a whole, and a plurality of aspect KPIs that each characterize an aspect of an associated service. Each KPI is defined by a search query that produces a value derived from the machine data identified by the entity definition information, the value indicative of a measure of the service at a point in time or during a period of time. The machine data is produced by one or more components within an information technology environment and reflects activity within the information technology environment.

System for prefetching digital tags

Systems and methods described herein can take advantage of the caching abilities of the browser and the idle time of the user to prefetch tag libraries of one or more tags for execution in a subsequent content page. For example, these systems and methods can provide the ability to prefetch and not execute a tag library on a content page before it is required so the tag library is cached in the browser. When the browser hits the page that uses the tag library, the tag library can be quickly retrieved from memory and executed.

Service enabler function

The present application describes a method and apparatus for updating a service in a service layer function of a network. In particular, a method for adding a service is disclosed. Initially, a request is received at a service enabler function located in the service layer function to add the service. A service description of the requested service is reviewed to understand its capabilities. A verification request is sent to a service capability located in the service layer function. Further, another service layer function or application is notified that the requested service is enabled.

Dynamic scope adjustment

An embodiment includes a method of secured, remote device access through dynamic scope adjustment in an incident management system. The method includes receiving an incident report indicative of a technical issue at a first device. Responsive to receipt of the incident report, the method includes determining that the first device is assigned an information technology (IT) support provider and dynamically elevating the first device to a scope of the IT support provider. Following a correction of at least a portion of the technical issue by the IT support provider, the method includes dynamically relegating the first device from the scope to prevent remote access to the first device following the correction.

VIDEO-BASED MAINTENANCE METHOD, MAINTENANCE TERMINAL, SERVER, SYSTEM AND STORAGE MEDIUM

A video based maintenance method, a maintenance terminal, a server, a system, and a storage medium. The method includes: receiving, by a maintenance terminal, a maintenance order sent by a server, wherein the maintenance order is generated according to a maintenance request sent by a client, and the maintenance order comprises customer information, faulty product information and fault information; and wherein the fault information comprises one or more troubleshooting points; receiving, by the maintenance terminal, a video stream sent by the client; and recording, by the maintenance terminal, troubleshooting information of the troubleshooting points, and sending the troubleshooting information to the server.

Peer-to-peer relaying of discovery information

Certain aspects of the present disclosure relate to methods and apparatus for wireless communication, and more specifically to advertising discovery information, relaying discovery information, and to the secure relay of discovery information in wireless networks. Various frame structures are provided for such transmitting and relaying of discovery information. According to certain aspects of the present disclosure, security is provided for relaying discovery information. According to certain aspects of the present disclosure, compensation may be provided to a device that relays discovery information (e.g., when the relaying results in a transaction).
