Methods and apparatus to perform network-based monitoring of media accesses
An example apparatus includes: at least one memory; instructions in the apparatus; and processor circuitry to execute the instructions to: determine whether a census impression record corresponds to a panelist impression record by: comparing a first internet protocol (IP) address of the panelist impression record with a second IP address of the census impression record; and comparing a first timestamp of the panelist impression record with a second timestamp of the census impression record; and send a comparison result to a computer of an audience measurement entity, the comparison result indicative of a match confirming the census impression record corresponds to the panelist impression record of the audience measurement entity.

Systems, methods, and media for intelligent split-tunneling
Mechanisms for split tunneling are provided. The mechanisms identify user devices and determine that communications for a first device of the user devices are to be tunneled. These mechanisms also receive a DNS request from a second device of the user devices, modify the DNS request to request meta information corresponding to a domain identified in the DNS request, and send the DNS request to a DNS server. The mechanisms further receive a response to the DNS request, wherein the response includes the meta information, determine that communications for the second device are not to be tunneled based at least in part on the meta information, and cause the communications for the first device to be tunneled and the communications for the second device to not be tunneled.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DETERMINING THE SHAREABILITY OF VALUES OF NODE PROFILES
The present disclosure relates to determining the shareability of values of node profiles. Record objects and electronic activities of a system of record corresponding to a data source provider may be accessed. Each record object may correspond to a record object type and have one or more object field-value pairs. Node profiles may be maintained. Values of fields corresponding to a predetermined type of field including fewer than a predetermined threshold number of data source providers may be identified. A restriction tag used to restrict populating other node profiles may be generated. Provision of the value with a second data source provider may be restricted.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SOCIAL MEDIA-BASED CONTENT RECOMMENDATIONS
Methods, systems, and computer program products are provided for recommending content based on content being engaged with by a user's social media contacts. For example, embodiments described herein advantageously provide a user with content recommendations that are based on what other people associated with the user (e.g., via a social media service) are consuming. For instance, content being engaged with by a user's social media contacts are monitored via multimedia devices utilized by the user and his contacts and/or are inferred via social media posts of the user's contacts. Once the content is determined, the user is provided with recommendations for that contact. The recommendations may be provided to the user while the user is watching content and/or browsing for content. The recommendations may also be provided based on periodicity of the media content.
EMAIL MESSAGE RECEIVING SYSTEM IN A CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE
A new and improved onboarding process for configuring and activating an email message receiving system (EMRS) to accept and process email messages on behalf of a customer is disclosed. The process comprises generating a customer-account-specific Domain Name Server (DNS) name that identifies a customer of the EMRS and a mail server for accepting and processing email messages for a domain associated with the customer. The process includes providing the customer-account-specific DNS name to the customer, receiving a request to process email messages for the domain associated with the customer and identifying using the customer-account-specific DNS name, the mail server for receiving the email messages for the domain. The process further includes verifying, using the customer-account-specific DNS name, that the customer has permission for receiving the email messages for the domain. The process includes processing the email messages and delivering the messages to a destination system.
METHOD FOR PROVIDING AND VALIDATING ALTERNATIVE OBJECT IDENTIFIERS AND FOR DETERMINING REFERENCES OF ALTERNATIVE OBJECT IDENTIFIERS WITHIN AN OPC-UA-BASED COMMUNICATION ENVIRONMENT
A method for providing alternative object identifiers for objects of an address space of a server within an OPC UA based communication environment, wherein each object of the address space of the server is uniquely identified by a conventional object identifier, wherein at least one additional identifier is defined and is stored in a directory of additional identifiers defined for this address space of the server, and wherein an alternative object identifier also uniquely identifying the object is formed for each object of the address space of the server, whereby the additional identifier is combined with the conventional object identifier of the respective object according to a determined pattern. Another method for validating alternative object identifiers and a method for determining references of object identifiers, as well as a server, a system, and a computer program product designed to carry out at least one of the methods.
SYSTEMS, METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR GEOFENCE NETWORKS
Systems and methods are disclosed for enforcing at least one rule associated with a geofence. At least one device is constructed and configured in network communication with a server platform and a database. The server platform defines at least one geofence for a region of interest and specifies at least one rule associated with the at least one geofence, thereby creating a rule-space model for the region of interest. The at least one geofence comprises a multiplicity of geographic designators with each geographic designator assigned with a unique IPv6 address. The at least one device receives at least one notification signal regarding the at least one rule from the at least one server platform and implements the at least one rule when the at least one device is within a predetermined distance from the at least one geofence for the region of interest.
Multiple-master DNS system
In one particular example, a data communications system addresses changes in server load and/or connection latency in connection with data communication services provided through DNS master and slave servers. The system provides dynamic information routing, via a set of DNS master servers being in a multi-master configuration and including a first master DNS server and a second master DNS server, and consistency of DNS records is established between the master servers. Subsequently, the first DNS master server enters into an isolation mode in which updates are not communicated via the network. A set of isolation rules, which indicate how DNS records are to be updated in a communications network, are accessed and used in response to the network connections becoming reliable and the first master server updates the DNS records according to the rules, thereby establishing consistency between the first and the second DNS master servers.
