A method, network node, and computer program are provided for operating the network node in a communications network. For each of a number (N(T)) of respective samples over a period of time (T), a respective number (M1.sub.1,j(T)) of physical resource blocks (PRBs) for a first communication device for the respective sample is determined. For each of the number (N(T)) of respective samples over T, a respective number (L.sub.1,j(T)) of multiple input multiple output, MIMO, layers scheduled for the first communication device for the respective sample is determined. A PRB usage value is determined for T based on the respective number (M1.sub.1,j(T)) of PRBs for the first communication device for each of the number (N(T)) of respective samples over T and based on the respective number (L.sub.1,j(T)) of MIMO layers scheduled for the first communication device for each of the number (N(T)) of respective samples over the period of time (T).

Methods, systems, and devices for determining a subset of users from among a set of users based on a set of received information associated with a photograph, where the disposition of the information is used to first determine the subset and then perform facial recognition on the subset of photographs for each user in order to accurately identify each user or users present in the photograph.
