CAP AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING A CAP
A baseball cap and method of assembling thereof is provided. The cap includes a single-panel crown that is formed from a single sheet or single piece of stretchable fabric, such as using heat pressing techniques. The single-panel crown has a hemispherical shape. The cap further includes a support layer, such as made from buckram, which is attached to an interior, front portion of the single-panel crown, and a visor and an elastic band which are attached to the single-panel crown.
DIRECTIONAL LOCK FOR INTERFACE HEADGEAR ARRANGEMENT
A directional lock or a headgear or interface assembly comprising one or more directional locks that include a catch arrangement for initiating or assisting in movement of a lock member of the direction lock. In some configurations, the catch arrangement assists movement of the lock member in only a portion of a range of travel of the lock member. In some configurations, the directional lock has a housing and a sleeve and the catch arrangement has a catch arm carried by the sleeve. The catch arm includes a catch end that contacts the lock member, which can be a lock washer in some configurations.

A directional lock or a headgear or interface assembly comprising one or more directional locks that include a catch arrangement for initiating or assisting in movement of a lock member of the direction lock. In some configurations, the catch arrangement assists movement of the lock member in only a portion of a range of travel of the lock member. In some configurations, the directional lock has a housing and a sleeve and the catch arrangement has a catch arm carried by the sleeve. The catch arm includes a catch end that contacts the lock member, which can be a lock washer in some configurations.
Utility Cap and Utility Cap Reinforcing Member
A utility cap and utility cap reinforcement member is provided. The utility cap has a number of sidewalls forming a perimeter and a visor attached to a front side or a back side of the crown. The utility cap reinforcement member includes sections in an end-to-end arrangement on a single plane. The utility cap reinforcement member is adapted to be positioned within the utility cap along the perimeter, wherein the utility cap reinforcement member stiffens an appearance and a rigidity of the perimeter. In one embodiment, the utility cap reinforcement member forms a closed loop. In an alternative embodiment, the utility cap reinforcement member includes a gap that forms an open loop.

Virtual Reality Headset Frame
A virtual reality (VR) headset frame is configured to receive and support a wireless audio headset and a VR display. A primary headband frame is connected between two ear portion frames, forming the general structure. A VR display may be attached to a pair of display support arms, which are connected to a pair of locking rings. The locking rings are rotatably engaged within the ear portion frames. The locking rings are rotatable relative to the ear portion frames, enabling the headband frame to be selectively engaged into one of a plurality of orientations while in use on a user's head. Multiple headbands may be utilized to optimize weight distribution.

CAP OR HAT DECORATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
Embodiments include a cap or hat decoration method by providing a press including a lower platen and upper platen, and coupling a pad to the lower platen, where the pad is dimensioned based on one or more dimensions of the cap or hat, and positioning the cap or hat onto at least a portion of the pad. Further, the method includes positioning at least one decoration onto at least a portion of the cap or hat, where the at least one decoration includes a heat-activated adhesive, and heating and compressing the decoration onto the cap or hat by compressing the cap or hat and decoration between the lower platen and upper platen.
Baseball cap with a comb on the strap
A baseball cap includes a surfing wax comb attached to the main strap of the baseball cap. The surfing wax comb is instantly attachable and detachable from the strap. The strap comprises two sectional straps. Each of the two straps can go through a hole on the comb forming a loop reattached back to the root of the strap. Each of the two straps can comprises a female structure on the inner side of the strap, such that any portion of the inner side of the strap can be selected attached to a male structure on the sweat band. The baseball cap can comprise a decorative strip between the front panel and the visor. An accessory carrying structure is also disclosed herein, which is able to be used on a hat and a bag.
