Multimedia card service system and method
This invention disclosure relates to a service system and service method where a handwritten message and video information are sent together on a paper card to a recipient. Then, the recipient reads the contents of the card and retrieves the video file from the card.
To do this, following sequential steps are required; the step in which a video file in a mobile device is sent to a video server and saved into the server; the step in which an index information for the saved video file is generated; the step in which the index generated in the server is sent to the mobile device; the step in which the received index information is stored in NFC tag within a paper card; the step in which the paper card containing the NFC tag is delivered to a target person; the step in which the index information of the card's NFC is extracted by the mobile device of the receiver; the step in which the extracted index is sent to the video server, then, the server searches the matching file with the index and the found file is sent back to the mobile device; and the step in which the downloaded file is played on the screen of the mobile device.
ELECTRONIC BUSINESS CARD EXCHANGE METHOD AND APPARATUS
An electronic business card exchange method and apparatus. The method comprises: if a first electronic business card terminal on which a first electronic business card is displayed receives a first touch signal, the first electronic business card terminal turns the first electronic business card upside down to enable the business card to face the other party, and establishes a data connection to a second electronic business card terminal (101); if the first electronic business card terminal on which the first electronic business card that has been turned is displayed receives a second touch signal, the first electronic business card terminal sends the first electronic business card to the second electronic card terminal through the data connection (103); and through the data connection, the first electronic business card terminal receives and displays a second electronic business card sent by the second electronic business card terminal (104). Users can exchange electronic business cards by only sending two touch signals, so that the problems of complex operation of electronic business card exchange and proneness to opposite end confusion in the prior art are solved. In addition, the process is formal and meets business card exchange etiquette, and the problem is solved that electronic business card cannot be popularized on a large scale all the time to replace paper business cards due to the concern of etiquette in electronic business card exchange.
MOBILE DEVICE CONTROL FOR POWERED DOOR
A vehicle door system is disclosed. The system comprises an actuator, at least one communication circuit, and a controller. The actuator is configured to adjust a position of a door. The controller is configured to receive a request for the vehicle to retrieve an occupant via the communication circuit. The controller is further configured to receive an authentication signal via the communication circuit authenticating an identity of the occupant. In response to the authentication, the controller is configured to control the actuator to make the vehicle accessible to the occupant.
Communications device for intelligently routing information among multiple user interfaces
A near field communications (NFC) device is disclosed that intelligently routes NFC data from a NFC device between multiple user interfaces based upon a power level of its internal batteries. The communications device utilizes a communications device user interface to send and/or receive the NFC data from the NFC device when its internal batteries are sufficient to operate the communications device user interface. The communications device begins to route some of this NFC data from being sent and/or received by the communications device user interface to a NFC user interface as its internal batteries deplete. Eventually, all of the NFC data will be sent to and/or received by the NFC user interface as the internal batteries of the communications device become so depleted that they are unable to reliably operate the communications device user interface.
COMMUNICATION APPARATUS CONNECTABLE WITH USE OF CLOSE PROXIMITY WIRELESS COMMUNICATION, METHOD FOR CONTROLLING COMMUNICATION APPARATUS, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
A communication apparatus includes a communication unit configured to communicate with an external apparatus, and a control unit having a plurality of display modes including a single-display mode of displaying a single content on a single screen of a display unit, and a multi-display mode of displaying a plurality of contents on the single screen of the display unit, wherein, if the communication unit starts communication with the external apparatus in a state where the display mode is the multi-display mode, the control unit displays the plurality of contents on the single screen of the display unit and receives a selection of a transmission target after establishment of the communication with the external apparatus, and wherein, if the communication unit starts the communication with the external apparatus in a state where the display mode is the single-display mode, the control unit does not receive the selection of the transmission target after the establishment of the communication with the external apparatus.
INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE
There is provided an information processing device including: a sensor configured to detect that the information processing device is worn on a part of a human body; a processing unit configured to process information; and a communication unit configured to communicate with another device. The processing unit transmits a signal to the another device on the basis of a detection signal detected by the sensor. The processing unit performs a process according to an instruction transmitted from the another device in accordance with the signal.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE, ACCESSORY APPARATUS AND INFORMATION DISPLAYING METHOD USING THE SAME
An accessory apparatus and an information display method are provided. The accessory apparatus include a housing, a display exposed through a first portion of the housing, a conductive pattern, a wireless communication circuit configured to support a short-range wireless communication protocol, at least one processor, and a memory, wherein the memory stores instructions that allow the at least one processor to control the wireless communication circuit to operate in the first mode, operate in the second mode in which the second type of external electronic device is allowed to read the second data for the second time period following the first time period, detect the existence of the second type of external electronic device at one or more points of time in the first time period, and switch into the second mode when the existence of the second type of external electronic device is detected.
ACCESSORY APPARATUS AND INFORMATION DISPLAYING METHOD USING THE SAME
An accessory apparatus and an information displaying method are provided. The apparatus may include, a housing having a first and second side, a coupling member that detachably couples the housing to an external electronic device, a first conductive pattern, positioned between the first side and the second side, to receive a first RF signal from the external electronic device through a second side, a second conductive pattern, positioned between the first and second side and electrically separated from the first conductive pattern, to receive the first RF signal through the second side, a wireless communication circuit to receive the first RF signal through the first conductive pattern, a power management circuit, connected with the second conductive pattern, to extract power from the first RF signal to generate a second RF signal, and a display element, connected with the wireless communication circuit, supplied with power contained in the second RF signal.
