SYSTEM, METHOD, APPARATUS, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCT FOR PROVIDING MOBILE DEVICE SUPPORT SERVICES
A method is provided for providing mobile device support services. The method may include monitoring a mobile device status. The method may additionally include performing device diagnostics based at least in part on captured device status data to identify potential faults that may affect mobile device functionality. A corresponding system, apparatus, and computer program product are also provided.
ASSISTED INTERACTION FOR MOBILE PRODUCTS
Systems and methods using one or more processors of a user electronic device for receiving user interactions and sending data related to those user interactions to another device. This may include receiving input comprising an interaction with the user device, identifying an application installed on the user device to which the interaction is directed to, and sending data over a network comprising an indication of a model of the user device, an identifier of the application, and an indication of the interaction. Sending the data may initiate one of a video playback, a tutorial, a demonstration, or a simulation, based on the data, on a device different than the user device. In some arrangements, the interaction is directed to a process running on the user device instead of an application.
USER-AWARE INTERVIEW ENGINE
Media, method and system for automatically assisting a user with a complex task. Embodiments of the invention facilitate a user in completing the complex task. However, the user may have difficulty with certain subtasks of the complex task, or become confused by the instructions for carrying out the subtask. Sensors integrated into the user's device can observe the user and detect user sentiments such as confusion, frustration, or anger. If such a sentiment is detected, embodiments of the invention can automatically act to remediate the difficulty by, for example, connecting the user with an agent who can provide the user with additional guidance.
Mobile terminal and method of controlling the same
The present invention provides a mobile terminal including a display unit configured to output screen information corresponding to a specific function, and receive a touch for controlling the specific function, and a controller configured to determine whether or not an error has been generated from the specific function, on the basis of changes in the screen information and error information included in the screen information during the control of the specific function, wherein the controller controls the display unit to output a guide image for searching for error data associated with the error when it is determined that the error has been generated.
Mobile terminal and terminal operation program
An object of the present invention is to quickly and surely acquire icon information without passing through a plurality of hierarchies. A mobile terminal 110 according to the present invention includes a display unit 214, a touch detection unit 218 that receives a user input onto a surface of the display unit, an operation unit 216 including a plurality of movable operation keys, and a guidance display unit that enters a guidance display mode upon detection of a depression of a predetermined movable operation key of the operation unit 216, and in the guidance display mode, upon detection of a user input onto an icon displayed on the display unit by the touch detection unit 218, displays on the display unit a predetermined guidance screen related to the icon.
