The present invention provides a communication terminal, an application program for communication terminal, and a communication method, which can record a video during a group call and store moving image data in a user's communication terminal or deliver the recorded video data added with voice data from a user's communication terminal. The video recording mode is switched on during a group call, user's own voice data 50, intended person's voice data 52, and video recording data 54 are acquired by the communication terminal 10A, and the user's own voice data 50 and the intended person's voice data 52 are added to the video recording data 54, whereby moving image data 56 is generated. Therefore, a video can be recorded during a group call, and the moving image data 56 can be stored in a user's communication terminal 10A, including a user's experience. Furthermore, the user's own voice data 50 and the intended person's voice data 52 are added to the video recording data 52, and the added data is live-streamed to other communication terminals so that user's experience is shared with others.

A computer-implemented method for managing calls in a collaboration environment is provided. The method includes receiving, by a processor, a call into a collaboration session of the collaboration environment. The method also includes identifying, by the processor, a user from a plurality of users associated with the collaboration session, based on at least one of contextual information regarding the call and information regarding the plurality of users. The method further includes providing, by the processor, an interface on a device associated with the identified user, wherein the interface enables the identified user to instruct the device to handle the call within the collaboration session.

An electronic meeting tool and method for communicating arbitrary media content from users at a meeting is described. These can include a node configuration means adapted to operate a display node of a communications network, the display node being coupled to a first display. The node configuration means is adapted to receive user selected arbitrary media content and to control display of the user selected arbitrary media content on the first display. At least one peripheral device adapted to communicate the user selected arbitrary media content via the communications network is provided, wherein the peripheral device is a connection unit comprising: (e) a connector adapted to couple to a port of a processing device having a second display, a memory and an operating system; and (f) a transmitter for communicating with the communications network, A program is provided that is adapted to be loaded onto the processing device and to run on the operating system of the processing device, said program being adapted to obtain user selected arbitrary media content, said program leaving a zero footprint on termination. An input device is provided to allow the user to carry out a user action that triggers transfer of said user selected arbitrary media content to said transmitter through said port.

The present invention relates to systems and methods for network labeling in order to enhance real time data transfers. A network for a real time data transfer is identified and predictive models for network performance are compared against to determine if the network is suitable for the data transfer. If so, then the real time data transfer may be completed as expected. However, if the network is predicted to be unsuitable for transmission an alternate means for connection may be suggested. The alternate suggestion may include delaying the data transfer until the network is expected to be in better conditions, connecting to another access point in the network, or switching to another network entirely. During the data transfer, the quality of the network is monitored in order to update the predictive models for the network's quality. Identifiers for the network may be utilized to keep track of the networks. Network signal strength, signal pollution and time may also be tracked in order to identify patterns in the network's performance.

The present disclosure generally relates to managing phone calls. In some embodiments, an electronic device with a touch screen displays a phone call user interface which includes informational items associated with phone calls, such as an add call affordance. In some embodiments, when the electronic device receives a request to initiate another phone and displays an additional user interface that includes a merge call affordance that replaces display of the add call affordance.
