Technologies for dynamic audio communication adjustment
Technologies for adaptive audio communications include a telecommunications device configured to collect session data of a communication session that includes an audio stream between a user of the telecommunications device and at least one other user of a remote telecommunications device. The telecommunications device is further configured to determine a session context of the communication session based on the collected session data, determine whether the session data includes an anomaly, and adjust, in response to a determination that the anomaly was detected, at least one of a portion of the audio stream of the communication session and a setting of the telecommunications device based on the anomaly. Other embodiments are described and claimed.
Management of multiple subscriber identity modules
Management of multiple subscriber identity modules is disclosed. An apparatus includes an interface to a set of subscriber identity modules of a wireless communication system; one or more processors, and one or more memories storing instructions, that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the apparatus to: obtain data relating to the subscriber identity modules through the interface; obtain data relating to a mobile terminal; obtain at least one selection ground for the subscriber identity module; and select at least one optimal subscriber identity module for use by the mobile terminal on the basis of the data relating to the subscriber identity modules, the data relating to the mobile terminal, and the at least one selection ground for the subscriber identity module.
METHOD FOR PROVIDING GUIDE FOR CALL STANDBY STATE
The present invention relates to a method, for providing guidance during a call waiting state, comprising the steps of: a gesture recognition unit of a user device recognizing a call waiting gesture while a call request signal is being received; when the call waiting gesture is recognized, a call acceptance control unit of the user device executing a switch to a call acceptance state with respect to the call request signal received by the user device; a call waiting control unit of the user device switched to the call acceptance state stopping an operation of a speaker unit or a microphone unit of the user device and executing a switch to a call waiting state; and, if the gesture recognition unit recognizes a call switching gesture, activating the operation of the speaker unit or the microphone unit.
Intelligent options in redial screens of communication devices
A user device collects data corresponding to a plurality of communication options used by the user device to communicate with a contact. The data includes for each communication option, a time of last successful communication between the user device and the contact via the communication option. The communication options may include voice-mode communication options such as telephone numbers, and data-mode communication options such as e-mail addresses, instant messaging identifications, and social media identifications. In response to a failed attempt to communicate with the contact, the user device presents the plurality of communication options in a presentation through an interface of the user device. The presentation lists each of the plurality of communication options based on a probability of establishing a successful communication with the contact for each of the plurality of communication options.
Paging response method and device, paging method and device
A paging response method, a paging method, an electronic device and a storage medium. The response method, for terminal configured to couple at least two operator networks, includes: determining information on a first priority for communicating with a first operator network in the at least two operator networks in response to a coupling state with the first operator network; acquiring information on a second priority for communication between a second operator network in the at least two operator networks and the terminal from a paging message in response to receiving the paging message from the second operator network; and determining to maintain the coupling state with the first operator network, or to decouple from the first operator network and to respond to the paging message of the second operator network, based on the information on the first priority and the information on the second priority.
CALL ALERT OPTIONS
A device including a processor and a memory that includes instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations. The operations include receiving a call request from a calling device. The call request includes an identifier of a call alert option. The call alert option is a particular option selected by a user of the calling device from a list of called party approved call alert options. The operations include retrieving a content item based on the identifier. The operations also include, in response to the call request, generating a call alert based on the content item.
Methods and systems for selecting SIM card
The present invention discloses methods and systems for selecting at least one SIM card for data communication at a wireless communication device which is capable of housing a plurality of SIM cards. When a switching condition is satisfied, the wireless communication device selects a second SIM card group, and disconnects one or more connections established using any non-second group SIM card. Non-second group SIM cards are SIM cards that are not in the second SIM card group. A selected SIM card from the second SIM card group is then used for data communications. The steps are repeated until (i) the switching condition is no longer satisfied, (ii) no more SIM cards selected from the second SIM card group can be used for data communications or (iii) no more connection is made using non-second group SIM cards.
Telephone number based information loading method and device
Disclosed are a telephone-number-based information loading method and device, wherein the method comprises steps of: detecting a telephone number in current display contents on a terminal side; determining whether the telephone number carries a feature identifier; and if yes, then generating a dial option control that is based on the telephone number in the current display contents, and/or invoking entry information of a webpage type service previously associated with the telephone number. According to the present invention, it is possible to conserve bandwidth resources, while preventing the occurrence of a situation in which a user mistakenly enters a dangerous website because of a search error, resulting in a security threat or other losses.
Communications Path Selection in User Equipment
Architecture that allows a user to control the way a connection is made to a destination is described. A destination can be tagged with an attribute that defines how the connection to that destination should be routed. For example, a phone address book allows the user not only to enter the usual call recipient information such as name and telephone number, but also to add an attribute in the form of a network identifier associated with a network to be used when connecting to the destination. Where multiple networks are associated with the destination, the phone subsystem, recognizing that the destination now has multiple network IDs for connecting the call, can prompt the user to select the desired network pathway. The user can also tag the destination with a protocol that should be employed. Thus, not only will the phone be connected according to the network, but also the protocol.
SERVICE CARRIER IDENTIFICATION AND DISPLAY
An application such as a contacts management application may be configured to display information for multiple contacts. The displayed information may include carrier information for certain contacts, indicating which of multiple cellular communication carriers provides cellular communication services for each contact. This may allow a user to provide recommendations to the user's contacts, such as promotional messages suggesting that the contacts switch to the carrier of the user. In some embodiments, a control may be displayed that automatically initiates a promotional message to a particular contact.
