The present disclosure provides systems and methods for electronically providing each of a plurality of content distributors with access to a library of content items, facilitating the selection of a combination of the content items, creating a unique set of links for each recipient-distributor combination, and distributing the selected content and unique links via one or more distribution channels to a plurality of recipients. As each link is associated with both a recipient and a distributor, conversion actions stemming from the selection of a link by a recipient are attributed to the proper distributor. Distributors can create content distribution approaches that can be shared with other distributors.

Techniques for encoding image data are discussed. Image data containing multiple image frames can be received from an image sensor associated with a vehicle. A first image frame and a second image frame may be associated with a first data chunk. A first metadata associated with the first image frame can be identified. Additionally, a second metadata associated with the second image frame can be identified. The first data chunk can be created that includes the first image frame, the second image frame, the first metadata, and the second metadata. The first data chunk can be stored in a video container, where the video container can be indexed to access the first image frame with the first metadata or the second image frame with the second metadata.

Techniques for encoding image data are discussed. Image data containing multiple image frames can be received from an image sensor associated with a vehicle. A first image frame and a second image frame may be associated with a first data chunk. A first metadata associated with the first image frame can be identified. Additionally, a second metadata associated with the second image frame can be identified. The first data chunk can be created that includes the first image frame, the second image frame, the first metadata, and the second metadata. The first data chunk can be stored in a video container, where the video container can be indexed to access the first image frame with the first metadata or the second image frame with the second metadata.

Provided is a bitstream processing method, including: acquiring auxiliary information in a bitstream, where the auxiliary information includes at least one of bitstream information for transcoding or bitstream information for supporting transcoding; and transcoding the bitstream by using the auxiliary information and generating a transcoded bitstream. This document describes marker based approaches for a CDN to monitor and report on the amount of traffic that it is serving on behalf of content providers. They are particularly useful in hybrid delivery scenarios. Hybrid delivery scenarios means that a client may obtain content, such as a given multimedia stream, from one or more servers in the CDN, or from one or more peers in a peer to peer network. The amount of data served from the peer network is referred to herein as the “offload”, as delivery of that data has been offloaded from the CDN platform.
