Telemetry monitoring system and a data recovery method for a telemetry monitoring system
There is disclosed a telemetry monitoring system including a central monitoring unit configured to display data regarding one or more portable devices, each associated with the breathing apparatus of a user. The system further includes removable data storage connected to the central monitoring unit and configured to store system status data of the central monitoring unit as recovery data, the system status data defining an operational status of the central monitoring unit. In the event of a failure of the telemetry monitoring system, the telemetry monitoring system can be recovered by restoring the recovery data to the central monitoring unit or a replacement central monitoring unit from the removable data storage.
Computer-Aided Dispatch Systems and Methods Utilizing Biometrics to Assess Responder Condition and Suitability
A Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) system is specially configured to account for the physical condition of emergency personnel, which can affect their ability to effectively handle a particular incident. The CAD system tracks health, stress, and biometric status of each available emergency responder automatically and in real-time based on a wide range of collected information and to assess the suitability of available emergency responders to respond to a given emergency incident based upon such status information. Based on such status information, the CAD system can make intelligent recommendations to the emergency dispatcher by taking into account such things as the emergency responder's past experiences with a particular type of emergency incident, the current and cumulative status of the emergency responder, and projections as to the future condition of the emergency responder if dispatched to handle the emergency incident.
Remote monitoring of analyte measurements
Methods and apparatus, including computer program products, are provided for remote monitoring. In some example implementations, there is provided a method. The method may include receiving, at a remote monitor, a notification message representative of an event detected, by a server, from analyte sensor data obtained from a receiver monitoring an analyte state of a host; presenting, at the remote monitor, the notification message to activate the remote monitor, wherein the remote monitor is configured by the server to receive the notification message to augment the receiver monitoring of the analyte state of the host; accessing, by the remote monitor, the server, in response to the presenting of the notification message; and receiving, in response to the accessing, information including at least the analyte sensor data. Related systems, methods, and articles of manufacture are also disclosed.
Systems and methods for providing environmental monitoring and response measures in connection with remote sites
A monitoring and response system is provided for monitoring and responding to environmental conditions at one or more sites. The monitoring system includes a plurality of base units, each base unit including at least a processor and a plurality of sensors configured to monitor environmental conditions at the site(s). A central controller is in communication with the base processors at the plurality of base units and is configured to receive and process sensor information from the base units. Base units are configured to be modular and contain customizable, swappable combinations of sensors, sensor arrays, and/or other connected peripherals, and are further configured to be mountable and/or attachable to a wide variety of surfaces and objects disposed around a site such as a construction site. The system further comprises a backend, analytic system for making predictions, taking action, and generating reports responsive to the information received from the base units.
FEED SYSTEM AND VEHICLE
A feed system includes a vehicle and a feed mode controller. The feed system feeds electric power to an electric load outside the vehicle in a first feed mode or a second feed mode. A wireless communication device of the vehicle communicates in a first communication system in which communication with a portable terminal is established without passing through a relay point. The feed mode controller enables the first feed mode to be selected when the communication in the first communication system is established, and disables the first feed mode from being selected when the communication in the first communication system is not established.

A telemetry network may be a communication network that comprises a plurality of telemetry devices. The plurality of telemetry devices may comprise a parent device and at least one child device. The parent device may be capable of sending data to and receiving data from an external network outside the communication network; and the child device may connect to the parent device and may be capable of sending data to and receiving data from the parent device and communicating with the external network via the parent device. Each telemetry device of the plurality of telemetry devices may provide an individual local network to end users.
