WATER DRAINAGE STRUCTURE AND COIL WIRE CONNECTION STRUCTURE FOR 2-WAY TYPE MICROSPEAKER
The present invention provides a microspeaker having a water drainage structure capable of rapidly discharging water, entering the microspeaker, to the outside. In the case of a woofer-tweeter speaker, water is discharged through the side and bottom of a housing, and in the case of a 1-way speaker, water is discharged through the side of a housing. In addition, the present invention provides a connection portion that is formed to position a plurality of soldering points, to which a woofer wire and a tweeter wire are bonded, not outside a driver but inside or at the boundary of a space formed by the driver in a TWS-type 2-way microspeaker. This secures design freedom and save space by reducing the overall length of a small speaker.
VIBRATION SYSTEM, SOUNDING DEVICE AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
Provided is a vibration system, a sounding device and an electronic device. The vibration system includes a voice membrane, a voice coil configured to drive the voice membrane to vibrate, and a holder having a pad. The voice membrane includes a dome and a first diaphragm arranged around the dome. The dome and the first diaphragm are fixed to the holder. The voice coil is connected to the pad through a lead wire. The dome includes a first end close to the pad and a second end away from the pad and opposite to the first end. The second end has a positioning portion. The holder has a sink configured to receive the positioning portion. The dome is positioned with the holder through engagement of the sink with the positioning portion. Good symmetry of assembly is provided between the holder and the dome in the related art.
COIL BOBBIN FOR A BALANCED ARMATURE RECEIVER
Coil bobbins for balanced armature receivers are disclosed. The balanced armature receiver bobbin includes a coil support member, at least two flanges, and a shoulder. The coil support member has an armature passage extending between a first end and a second end thereof. The flanges extending radially from the coil support member such that the first flange extends from the coil support member proximate the first end and the second flange extends from the coil support member proximate the second end. The shoulder extends from the first flange, with the first flange located between the shoulder and the coil support member. The shoulder has a plurality of conductive coil pads disposed on a bottom portion thereof.
COIL BOBBIN FOR A BALANCED ARMATURE RECEIVER
Coil bobbins for balanced armature receivers are disclosed. The balanced armature receiver bobbin includes a coil support member, at least two flanges, and a shoulder. The coil support member has an armature passage extending between a first end and a second end thereof. The flanges extending radially from the coil support member such that the first flange extends from the coil support member proximate the first end and the second flange extends from the coil support member proximate the second end. The shoulder extends from the first flange, with the first flange located between the shoulder and the coil support member. The shoulder has a plurality of conductive coil pads disposed on a bottom portion thereof.
Speaker Unit For Earphone
Disclosed is a speaker unit for an earphone. The speaker unit includes a frame, a magnet, a plate fixed to the frame and coming into contact with the magnet, a diaphragm, a coil disposed to be radially overlapped with the magnet and the plate, and a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB). Here, the FPCB includes a first area fixed to the diaphragm, a second area connected to the frame, and a plurality of third areas configured to connect the first area to the second area. The third area includes a contact point connected to the coil. The third areas each include at least one bent area, and a space is disposed between the third areas adjacent to each other.

A loudspeaker for producing sound at bass frequencies including: a diaphragm; a frame, wherein a proximal end of the diaphragm is suspended from the frame by at least one proximal suspension element, wherein the at least one proximal suspension element is configured to substantially prevent translational movement of the proximal end of the diaphragm relative to the frame, whilst permitting translational movement of a distal end of the diaphragm which is opposite to the proximal end of the diaphragm; a drive unit configured to move the distal end of the diaphragm based on an electrical signal.

A transducer includes a piezoelectric element that includes a piezoelectric membrane which is interposed between a pair of electrodes, a membrane body that includes a vibration membrane displaceable in a membrane thickness direction, the piezoelectric element being laminated on the vibration membrane, a package that includes an internal space which houses the piezoelectric element and the membrane body, and an abutment pad that is disposed in the internal space and limits displacement of the vibration membrane by abutting the piezoelectric element or the vibration membrane when the vibration membrane is displaced in the membrane thickness direction.
SPEAKER UNIT AND EARPHONE
A speaker unit incorporated in a housing of an earphone includes: a frame having a cylindrical shape; a diaphragm emitting sound; and a board to which a wiring line of a coil provided to the diaphragm is connected. The frame has a space inside, and the diaphragm and the board are placed inside the frame with the space interposed between the diaphragm and the board.

The present disclosure provides speaker device. speaker device includes frame and vibration unit and magnetic circuit unit respectively held to frame, where vibration unit includes diaphragm held to frame, a voice coil driving diaphragm to vibrate and produce sound and a holder; holder includes a holder body that is ring-shaped and fixed to diaphragm, first connecting portions extending from outer periphery of holder body in a direction away from diaphragm and a second connecting portion extending from inner periphery of holder body in direction away from diaphragm; voice coil is connected to second connecting portion; voice coil includes pair of first sides and pair of second sides connected between first sides; first sides are provided with elastic support members. Present disclosure can effectively reduce weight of vibration unit so as to improve sensitivity of speaker device.
SOUNDING DEVICE
A sounding device includes a frame, a vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system having a magnetic gap. The vibration system includes a diaphragm fixed to the frame, a voice coil inserted in the magnetic gap to drive the diaphragm to vibrate, a framework connected to the diaphragm, and an elastic conductor fixed to the frame and connected to one side of the framework away from the diaphragm. One end of the voice coil has a lead wire. The framework and the voice coil define a receiving space. The elastic conductor includes an elastic conductor body fixed to the frame, first to third connectors, first and second bending arms. The first bending arm is spaced apart from the second bending arm. The lead wire is fixed to and electrically connected to the third connector. The sounding device has a good consistency in bending size and high pad position precision.
