The second section is fixed to the frame. The speaker device of the present disclosure has better reliability.

A method for manufacturing a loudspeaker having a wire damper with locally adjustable elasticity, including preparation, impregnating, drying, wire disposing, forming, cutting and assembling steps. Wherein, a wire damper including a main body and a wire is thermoformed on a base material. The main body includes a wave structure and a wire disposing area. The wave structure includes wave crest and trough, and inner and outer sidewalls. The wire disposing area forms a hollow portion in which the wire extends. The warp yarns at outside and inside of the wire disposing area form an elastic adjustment area. The hollow portion has smaller depths at the inner and outer sidewalls than at the wave crests and troughs. Thereby, the wire will not be damaged by thermal pressurization, and the hardness, elasticity and toughness of the combination of the wire disposing area and the wire are equal to that of other areas.

A transducer in which electrical connections between electrode sheets and leading wires can be secured via an approach other than soldering or welding is provided. In a sheet body portion, a dielectric layer and a first electrode sheet are joined by a first main fusion layer formed of a fusion material. A first conductive portion of a first leading wire is fixed to the sheet body portion by a first clamp. The first clamp includes a plurality of first leg portions that penetrates the sheet body portion in a thickness direction, a first coupling portion that couples the proximal ends of the plurality of first leg portions and is disposed across the first conductive portion, and a plurality of first bent-back portions that is formed by bending the respective distal ends of the plurality of first leg portions and is locked with a second surface of the sheet body portion.

The invention discloses a conductive plane damper, which includes an outer circle, an inner circle and several connecting parts; several the connecting parts are evenly distributed between the outer circle and the inner circle, connecting the outer circle and the inner circle; the conductive plane damper are provided with at least two pairs of voice coil welding points and wire welding points; the voice coil welding points are arranged on the inner circle, the wire welding points are arranged on the outer circle. The speaker with the conductive plane damper avoids the usage of the lead wire and the speaker losing sound because of breaking of the lead wire, thereby greatly reducing the thickness of the conductive plane damper and increasing the quality of the speakers.

The present application provides a sound production device. The sounding device includes: an outer shell having two ends communicating with each other and comprising a first shell and a second shell, wherein the first shell and the second shell are distributed along a direction from one of the two ends to another of the two end and engaged with each other; a diaphragm integrally formed with the first shell; and a side magnetic conductive plate integrally formed with the second shell. The technical solution of the present application improves the reliability of connection between the side magnetic conductive plate and the shell.
