Various implementations include headphone systems. In one implementation, a headband for a headphone system, includes: a continuous spring section sized to extend over a head of a user; an earcup mount coupled with an end of the continuous spring section, where the earcup mount allows for both translation and rotation of an earcup relative to the continuous spring section without altering a length of the continuous spring section; and a friction assembly spanning between the continuous spring section and the earcup mount.

Various implementations include headphone systems. In one implementation, a headband for a headphone system, includes: a continuous spring section sized to extend over a head of a user; an earcup mount coupled with an end of the continuous spring section, the continuous spring section and the earcup mount forming an arcuate joint, and the earcup mount configured to rotate relative to the continuous spring section at the arcuate joint; and a friction assembly spanning between the continuous spring section and the earcup mount, the friction assembly linearly arranged across the arcuate joint and configured to provide a substantially constant resistance to the rotation of the earcup mount relative to the continuous spring section, where the friction assembly includes a coupler having a primary axis extending across the arcuate joint, where the earcup mount rotates off-axis relative to the primary axis of the coupler.

A headphone structure includes a front housing, a rear housing combined to the front housing, a mesh cover, a sound-producing unit disposed within the front housing, and an elastic earbud. The front housing includes a protruding post portion, a sound channel formed on a front end surface of the protruding post portion, a slit formed on the protruding post portion, and a bearing flange formed on an inner surface of the sound channel to load the mesh cover. One distal end of the slit is connected to the inner surface of the sound channel, and one part of the protruding post portion is arranged between the front end surface of the protruding post portion and the distal end of the slit. An ear-hook earphone with detachable microphone support includes an earphone body, a microphone support and an ear hook. The earphone body includes a housing assembly, a speaker unit, a first connection member and a second connection member, the housing assembly accommodates the speaker unit, the first connection member and the second connection member. The microphone support includes a plug, and the plug is detachably inserted into the first connection member. The ear hook includes a docking end and a flexible hook part connected to the docking end, and the docking end is detachably inserted into the second connection member.

Disclosed herein is a grill-integrated low-pass filter. The grill-integrated low-pass filter includes a conduit-type low-pass filter part in which a sound conduit is formed inside an internal space of a grill, which is a mechanism assembled and used in a housing, in an empty tubular form, and the conduit-type low-pass filter part is integrated with the grill. According to the present invention, there are provided the grill-integrated low-pass filter that is designed in a structure in which the sound conduit is formed inside the internal space of the grill disposed and used in a housing in order to protect a speaker driver, etc. and is thus fabricated in a grill-integrated form, thereby achieving the effects of improving the sound quality of the speaker and reducing characteristic deviations in a low-frequency band.
