INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM, AND DATA COLLECTING METHOD, AND DATA COLLECTING SYSTEM

An information processing method of an information processing system (200,201) according to the present disclosure includes an adjustment manipulation accepting step and a feedback output step. The adjustment manipulation accepting step accepts adjustment manipulation of the sound output from the sound output unit. The feedback output step estimates the auditory capacity of the user corresponding to the adjustment manipulation from the adjustment manipulation and the signal data of the sound corresponding to the adjustment manipulation, and outputs the feedback.

Embodiments of the present disclosure identify and alert a clinician to physiological cues thereby aiding the clinician in providing a better fitting of a medical prosthesis. Physiological data of a recipient of a medical prosthesis is analyzed to identify triggers during fitting or other types of adjustments to the prosthesis. A determination is then made as to whether the identified triggers correspond to a feedback event. If the triggers correspond to a feedback event, an alert containing information about the feedback event is generated and displayed or otherwise made available to the clinician.

Systems, devices and methods for fitting hearing assistance devices

Embodiments herein relate to systems, devices and methods for fitting hearing assistance devices. In a first aspect, a method of fitting a hearing assistance device is included, the method including providing an audio sample to a hearing assistance device wearer, receiving input from the hearing assistance device wearer regarding a preferred sound volume or perceived loudness, receiving input from the hearing assistance device wearer with the external device regarding a bass/treble balance, and determining a maximum power output of the hearing assistance device that does not exceed a loudness discomfort level (LDL). Other embodiments are also included herein.

METHOD OF OPERATING AN IN SITU FITTING SYSTEM AND AN IN SITU FITTING SYSTEM

A method (100) of operating an in situ fitting system adapted to provide improved user satisfaction with a hearing aid system and an in situ fitting system (200).

Method of adjusting a hearing apparatus with the aid of the sensory memory
09686620 · 2017-06-20 · ·

Individual adjustment of a hearing apparatus, and in particular a hearing aid, is improved by testing the auditory sensory memory of a user of the hearing apparatus. At least one test result is obtained and the hearing apparatus is adjusted in dependence on the at least one test result. The test person must detect, perceive and be able to reproduce changes in a signal.

System and method for auditory canal measuring, facial contouring

A computer-implemented method and system is provided, comprising extracting measurements of at least one auditory canal from at least one computerized imaging scan of the at least one auditory canal devoid of physical measurement aids; determining eligibility for at least one auditory canal device at least partly by comparing the measurements of the at least one auditory canal with predetermined measurements of the at least one auditory canal device; and providing an indication of the eligibility determination contemporaneously with the measurement extracting.

Hearing aid comprising at least one EEG signal processing circuit

The present disclosure relates to a hearing aid comprising at least one sensor configured to provide a sensing signal, and at least one sensing signal processing circuit, comprising a first switch bias buffer circuit comprising a first voltage buffer configured to receive the sensing signal and to provide a first buffer signal at a reduced impedance node, and a first switching circuit configured to modulate the output voltage of the first voltage buffer.

HEARING DEVICE ADAPTATION BASED ON INFERENCES FROM USER INTERACTION AND USE CONTEXT
20260059245 · 2026-02-26 ·

A hearing system comprises a hearing device configured to be worn by a wearer, the hearing device comprising one or more microphones, an acoustic transducer, audio circuitry coupled to the one or more microphones and the acoustic transducer, and a controller coupled to the audio circuitry. The controller is configured to detect a wearer interaction with the hearing device, determine a context of the wearer's use of the hearing device, obtain user data for groups of a population of hearing device users based on user interaction with, and context of use of, the users' hearing devices, determine an operational change to the hearing device based on the wearer interaction, the context, and the user data that corresponds to the wearer's interaction and context, and apply the operational change to the hearing device.
