MEMBRANE SUPPORT FOR DUAL BACKPLATE TRANSDUCERS
A microfabricated structure includes a deflectable membrane, a first clamping layer on a first surface of the deflectable membrane, a second clamping layer on a second surface of the deflectable membrane, a first perforated backplate on the first clamping layer, and a second perforated backplate on the second clamping layer, wherein the first clamping layer comprises a first tapered edge portion having a negative slope between the first perforated backplate and the deflectable membrane.
Speaker
A speaker includes a holder and a vibration unit and a magnetic circuit unit fixed and held at the holder. The vibration unit includes: a first diaphragm and an elastic support located at an end of the voice coil facing away from the first diaphragm and elastically supporting the voice coil. The elastic support includes a flexible circuit board and a second diaphragm fixed and held at one side of the flexible circuit board facing away from the voice coil. The flexible circuit board is sandwiched between the voice coil and the second diaphragm and includes an upper surface fixed to the voice coil and a lower surface opposite to the upper surface. The second diaphragm is fixed to the lower surface by a binder, and the lower surface is recessed towards the upper surface to form a binder accommodation groove.
Speaker
The present disclosure provides a speaker including a frame having an accommodating space, a vibration system and a magnetic circuit system that are accommodated in the accommodating space. The vibration system includes a first diaphragm configured to vibrate and produce sound, a voice coil located below the first diaphragm and configured to drive the first diaphragm to vibrate and produce sound, a flexible circuit board electrically connected to the voice coil and elastically supporting the voice coil, and a second diaphragm fixed to the flexible circuit board. The flexible circuit board includes a first fixing portion connected to the voice coil, a second fixing portion disposed opposite to and separately from the first fixing portion, and an elastic arm connecting the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion. An orthogonal projection of the elastic arm toward the second diaphragm is partially located within a range of the second diaphragm.
SPEAKER
One or more holes are formed in a first diaphragm. A second diaphragm is arranged on a sound emitting side of the first diaphragm. A driver includes a magnetic circuit and a voice coil, and vibrates the first and second diaphragms. The second diaphragm includes a rigidity-reinforcing portion in which a rigidity of the second diaphragm is reinforced at a position facing at least one hole of the one or more holes.
Piezoelectric acoustic component
A piezoelectric sounding element includes a diaphragm made of metal and a piezoelectric element provided on at least one surface of the diaphragm. A non-fixed portion of the diaphragm includes the pair of long sides facing each other, a pair of short sides, shorter than the long sides, that face each other, and a pair of recesses, provided in the pair of long sides, that protrude so as to approach each other. The piezoelectric element is provided in a region between the pair of recesses of the diaphragm and the contour shapes of the non-fixed portion of the diaphragm and the piezoelectric element are defined so as to be symmetric with respect to a first imaginary line that bisects the pair of short sides and symmetric with respect to a second imaginary line that bisects the pair of long sides.
Speaker
A speaker includes an outer frame defining a hollow interior space. The speaker includes a distributed mode loudspeaker (DML) member disposed along a front face of the outer frame and an elastic seal that is disposed around a perimeter of the DML member and being disposed between and coupled to the DML member and the outer frame. The elasticity of the elastic seal permits the DML member to move (e.g., vibrate). A passive diaphragm is disposed along a rear face of the outer frame such that an air cavity is formed between the DML member and the passive diaphragm. An electro-acoustic exciter is provided for exciting resonant modes in the DML member. The DML member is thus coupled to the passive diaphragm by air contained within the air cavity resulting in movement of the passive diaphragm due to air movement within the cavity as a result of the excitation of the DML member.
VIBRATION SYSTEM, SPEAKER APPARATUS AND VIDEO DISPLAYING APPARATUS
A vibration system includes a vibration plate and an edge portion disposed around the vibration plate. The vibration plate has a first region and a second region that have shapes asymmetrical with each other. The vibration plate is configured such that a weight difference between the first region and the second region is equal to or smaller than a threshold value and besides stiffness at the edge portion is substantially uniform.
Diaphragm for producing sound and speaker using same
The present disclosure discloses a diaphragm for radiating sound, includes: a dome part and a suspension part surrounding the dome part. The suspension part includes a first subgroup, a second subgroup, and a third subgroup arranged in a sequence, the first subgroup being close to the dome part, the third subgroup away from the dome part, and the second subgroup between the first and third subgroups. Each of the first, second, and third subgroups includes a number of patterns arranged along a circumference direction of the dome part. Selected patterns in the second subgroup are opposite to corresponding patterns in the first subgroup, and selected patterns in the second subgroup are opposite to corresponding patterns in the third subgroup; and each corner of the suspension part is provided with the first subgroup, the second subgroup and the third subgroup.
Multi-suspension element for transducers
A suspension component may be used within a system for isolating vibrations produced by an electrical component. A body of the suspension component may be formed from a single piece of planar material. A suspension component includes a plurality of flexures. The plurality of flexures includes a first set of flexures configured to suspend a first sub-assembly of a transducer from support brackets, a second set of flexures configured to suspend a second sub-assembly of the transducer from the first sub-assembly, and a third set of flexures configured to suspend the second sub-assembly from the support brackets.
LOUDSPEAKER DIAPHRAGM AND LOUDSPEAKER
An embodiment of the present invention provides a loudspeaker diaphragm and a loudspeaker. The loudspeaker diaphragm comprises: a center portion, a suspension ring portion, and a fixed portion successively connected from the inside to the outside; the diaphragm is provided thereon with a plurality of patterns that span across the suspension ring portion and the fixed portion; first ends of the patterns extend towards the peripheral edge of the fixed portion, while second ends thereof stretch towards the peripheral edge of the suspension ring portion so as to extend onto the suspension ring portion. The technical solution of the present invention can not only effectively disperse stress of a stress concentration region of the fixed portion, but also can increase the strength of the fixed portion, thus effectively avoiding the problem of warping deformation of the diaphragm after the diaphragm is molded, thereby improving the yield of the diaphragm.
