The actuator module also includes a rigid frame attached to the baseplate, the rigid frame comprising four stubs. The actuator module further includes a pair of springs suspending the magnet assembly relative to the frame and baseplate so that the voice coil extends into the air gap, the pair of springs including a first and second spring each shaped as a loop defining an aperture sized to accommodate motion of the magnet assembly along a direction of the coil axis, the first spring being attached to the frame at a first pair of the four stubs, the second spring being attached to the frame at a second pair of the four stubs, and both being attached to separate portions of the magnet assembly.
Audio Generating Arrangement and Electronic Device Comprising Such Arrangement
An audio generating arrangement for an electronic device, the arrangement including at least one loudspeaker, a first body, and a second body at least partially enclosing the loudspeaker. At least one of the first body and the second body is moveable with respect to the other body. An acoustic cavity is formed by the loudspeaker and at least one of the first body and the second body. A volume of the acoustic cavity is configured to increase or decrease in response to movement of the first body or the second body. The arrangement in an electronic device enables increasing the volume of the acoustic cavity without also increasing the outer dimensions of the device.
EARTIPS FOR COUPLING VIA WIREFORM ATTACHMENT MECHANISMS
Embodiments describe an eartip including an eartip body having an attachment end and an interfacing end opposite from the attachment end. The eartip body can include an inner eartip body having a sidewall extending between the interfacing end and the attachment end, the sidewall defining a channel and having a first thickness near the attachment end and a second thickness different from the first thickness at the interfacing end. The eartip can also include an attachment structure coupled to the inner eartip body at the attachment end, the attachment structure having an inner surface and an outer surface. The attachment structure can include an upper region interfacing with the sidewall and defining discrete through-holes, a lower region below the upper region where the inner surface defines a plurality of recesses positioned around the lower region, and a mesh extending across the channel and into the upper region.
Vibration generation apparatus
A vibration generation apparatus includes a concave frame, a vibrator, and a first damper. The frame has an opening in upper portion thereof. The vibrator is housed in the frame. The first damper is connected to the vibrator and the frame and is configured to hold the vibrator such that the vibrator is able to move in an up-down direction with respect to the frame. The first damper has a predetermined thickness. The first damper is in an N-shape in a side view and includes two bent portions and has an upper end mounted on an edge of the opening and a lower end mounted on a lower edge of the vibrator.
Acoustic horn and speaker module
A acoustic horn includes an input port configured to acoustically couple with a front cavity of a loudspeaker, a pair of output ports leading to exterior of the horn, and a pair of channels each communicating the input port with a corresponding output port. Each of the channels has a cross section of which the area increases gradually in a direction from the input port to a corresponding output port and the areas of the cross sections of the channels in the same plane are substantially equal to each other such that the channels are acoustical symmetrical, which improves the high-frequency performance the sound waves and reduces distortion of the sound waves at low frequencies.
Micro-speaker and damper for micro-speakers
A micro-speaker includes a frame body, a diaphragm arranged on the frame body, a magnetic structure and a voice coil arranged in the frame body. An upper end of the voice coil is fixed to the diaphragm. The magnetic structure is arranged under the voice coil. A monolithic, one-piece voice-coil balancing system is fixed under the frame body. The monolithic, one-piece voice coil balancing system is composed of two symmetrically arranged dampers connected to an integrally formed support frame. The two dampers and the support frame are made of a flexible circuit board. Each of the two dampers comprises a first end, a second end and a cantilever connecting the first end and the second end. A ratio of a length L of the cantilever to a distribution distance D of the cantilever is between 2-15.
SPEAKER
Provided is a speaker, including a frame, a vibration unit fixed to the frame, and a magnetic circuit unit including a magnetic gap. The magnetic circuit unit includes a yoke, and a magnet; the vibration unit includes a diaphragm, and a voice coil; the voice coil is inserted into the magnetic gap to drive the diaphragm to vibrate and produce sound; the speaker further includes a conductive lower diaphragm; the conductive lower diaphragm includes an inner connecting portion, an outer connecting portion, and an intermediate portion; the voice coil is electrically connected to the inner connecting portion; and the outer connecting portion is electrically connected to an external circuit. With this structure, internal space of the speaker is saved, reducing material cost and improving reliability.
INGRESS RESISTANT PORTABLE SPEAKER
Various implementations include portable loudspeakers. Certain implementations include a portable loudspeaker that mitigates ingress of moisture, particulates, and other contaminates. In particular implementations, the portable loudspeaker includes a housing with an enclosure having a co-molded construction for ingress resistance.
MOBILE TERMINAL
This application provides a mobile terminal including a first magnet and a second magnet. At least a part of the first magnet and at least a part of the second magnet are disposed in the accommodating space. The first magnet is disposed on a back facet of the display module, the second magnet is disposed on the middle frame, and positions of the first magnet and the second magnet are disposed opposite to each other. The first magnet is a coil, and the second magnet is a main magnet; or the first magnet is a main magnet, and the second magnet is a coil. The main magnet is a Halbach array, and the main magnet generates a unilateral magnetic field on a side opposite to the coil.
Sound production apparatus and portable terminal
