Piezoelectric acoustic MEMS transducer and fabrication method thereof
A piezoelectric MEMS transducer formed in a body of semiconductor material, which has a central axis and a peripheral area and comprises a plurality of beams, transverse to the central axis and having a first end, coupled to the peripheral area of the body, and a second end, facing the central axis; a membrane, transverse to the central axis and arranged underneath the plurality of beams; and a pillar, parallel to the central axis and rigid with the second end of the beams and to the membrane. The MEMS transducer further comprises a plurality of piezoelectric sensing elements arranged on the plurality of beams.
Acoustic panel assembly with suspension system
An acoustic panel assembly has only one acoustic panel with a back surface, a frame that peripherally surrounds the acoustic panel, a support integral with the frame, only one magnetic unit fixed to said support, only a voice coil fixed to the acoustic panel, a supporting structure integral with the frame, and a plurality of springs connected to the supporting structure. The springs are connected in different points of the back surface of the acoustic panel in such a way to elastically support the acoustic panel.

Method for rendering localized vibrations on panels
A loudspeaker system composed of a flexible panel with an affixed array of force actuators, a signal processing system, and interface electronic circuits is described. The system described is capable of creating a pattern of standing bending waves at any location on the panel and the instantaneous amplitude, velocity, or acceleration of the standing waves can be controlled by an audio signal to create localized acoustic sources at the selected locations in the plane of the panel.
Electronic Device
Disclosed is an electronic device, comprising a first exciter, a second exciter, and a first panel and a second panel that are provided oppositely. The first exciter is configured to control the first panel to vibrate, such that the first panel radiates a first sound wave. The second exciter is configured to control the second panel to vibrate, such that the second panel radiates a second sound wave. The electronic device of the present invention is provided with the two exciters to control each of the two panels to vibrate and radiate sound waves, such that both the first panel and the second panel can serve as a sound source. Controlling a vibration pattern of the second panel also enables control over a sound field of the first sound wave radiated by the first panel.
