SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR LOCATION-BASED CONTENT DELIVERY AND VISUALIZATION
A system and method for location-based social networking, including a client device module configured to: send, to a social mapping system, a request for social media posts, wherein the request includes screen attribute information, geographic location information, and an identification of a requesting account; receive, in response to the request, a suggested group including a set of social media posts each ranked according to a customized score calculated by applying a set of preference factors of the requesting account to a general score of the social media post; and display, within a geographic map region corresponding to the geographic location information, a symbol representing at least a subset of the set of social media posts, wherein a size of the symbol is representative of customized scores of the subset of the set of social media posts.
LOCATION-BASED HOME SCREEN CUSTOMIZATION
Systems, methods, and computer program products to perform an operation comprising identifying at least one rule for a home screen of a mobile device, wherein the at least one rule is determined based on a current location of a mobile device, identifying a modification for a first object displayed on the home screen of the mobile device, wherein the modification is associated with the at least one rule and the current location of the mobile device, applying the modification to the first object, and outputting the home screen on the mobile device, wherein the outputted home screen includes the modified first object.
SYSTEM FOR TRACKING RESOURCE ALLOCATION/USAGE
Systems, computer program products, and methods are described herein for tracking resource allocation/usage across a dispersed Internet protocol capable network connecting devices electrically attached to the network. The present invention is configured to receive, from a first user computing device, a first user request for authorization to access at least one of the one or more computing devices; initiate the augmented reality application for display on the at least one of the one or more computing devices; reconfigure, via the augmented reality application, a display device associated with the first user computing device to emulate a content displayed on a display device associated with at least one of the one or more computing devices on the display device of the first user computing device; retrieve, using the first user computing device, information from the content; process, using the first computing device, the retrieved information; and display the processed information.

City parking services with area based loyalty programs
Apparatus and methods related providing city services, such as parking, are described. Methods and apparatus for providing parking rewards programs are described. The methods and apparatus can include maintaining accounts for participants in the rewards program, tracking purchases of parking and other participant activities and determining parking awards based upon the activities. The parking rewards programs can be used to incentivize behaviors that balance the use of the parking space commodity according to the needs of different stakeholders, such as the city, residents, merchants and visitors. For example, parking awards and the criteria used for earning awards can be used to encourage particular behaviors while a parking space is being utilized, such as shopping, the use of public transportation or efficient trip planning.
Systems and methods for predicting mobile device locations using processed mobile device signals
A system coupled to a packet-based network is configured to generate geo-blocks for location-based information services. Each of the geo-blocks corresponds to a geographical region within a geographical area and has at least one border defined by a real-world object. The system is configured to obtain geo data related to real-world objects including transportation routes and natural boundaries in the geographical area, partition the geographical area into initial geo-blocks using the geo data, process a plurality of information requests with respect to at least some of the initial geo-blocks and with respect to initial geo-fences associated with a plurality of points of interests (POIs) to generate entries in one or more databases, and enrich at least some of the initial geo-block with block-level meta data derived from the entries in the one or more databases to form enriched geo-blocks that are highly indicative of location dependent attributes such as intention and demographics.
Service Delivery in a Communication Network
A method and apparatus for providing information relating to delivery of a service from a server to a mobile device. A node in a Radio Access Network (RAN) receives from an interaction device an instruction message indicating that the mobile device is authorised to exchange service delivery information relating to delivery of the service from the server to the mobile device with the node in the RAN. The node can then exchange service delivery information with the mobile device. The interaction device need not maintain state, as it simply authorises the mobile device to interact directly with the node in the RAN. Furthermore, signalling between the interaction device and the node in the RAN is reduced.

OPTIMIZATION OF USER INTERFACE DATA TRANSMISSION FOR A CONSISTENT MULTI-PLATFORM EXPERIENCE SERVICE DELIVERY
Methods, systems, and computer programs are presented for optimizing data delivery for a User Interface (UI) to a plurality of device types. One method includes operations for receiving at a server a request for an update to the UI of a client device, and for determining, by an orchestrator at the server, modules associated with the request, each module being presented on the UI. Further, the method includes operations for invoking domain services based on the determined modules (each domain service returning respective domain service data), and for synthesizing the domain service data to generate module data for each module. The synthesizing includes selecting from the domain service data and combining the selected domain service data to generate the module data. The module data is transmitted to the client device for all the modules, the module data being processable by the client device to update modules of the UI.
Apparatus, mobile terminal, and method to estimate quality of experience of application
A method of notifying estimated QoEs (Quality of Experiences) for applications between a mobile terminal and a plurality of application servers that provide services of the applications, may measure first QoEs for the applications between the apparatus and the mobile terminal, measure second QoEs for the applications between the apparatus and the application server, estimate the estimated QoEs for the applications, based on the first and second QoEs for the applications, and notify the estimated QoEs to the mobile terminal.
