SMART MIRROR CAPABLE OF REMOTELY OPERATING A MOBILE DEVICE
A smart-mirror device capable of controlling a remote mobile device based on a screen that is cast from the mobile device and displayed in a touch-screen mirror of the smart-mirror device. The touch-screen mirror can include a display area that functions as a touch screen. In an embodiment, a user can initiate a screen-mirroring process to cast the screen of the mobile device to a screen-mirroring area arranged within the display area of the touch-screen mirror. The user can then interact with the screen-mirroring area while viewing the screen that is cast from the mobile device. Converted position information of the user's touches can be transmitted to the mobile device, for example, through a Bluetooth human interface device (HID) configured at the smart-mirror device or by using any other wireless transmission protocols and technologies.

Force-Based Peripheral Control Toggle
A smartwatch is configured to be usable to control a peripheral device. The smartwatch can be toggled between a typical or usual operating mode for a smartwatch and a mode for controlling the peripheral device. The toggling function is bound to a virtual button. Force applied to the virtual button is measured so that multiple functions, including the toggling function, can be accessed by applying different amounts of force to the button for a predetermined amount of time.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUDIBLE SPATIAL DESCRIPTION FOR PEOPLE WITH SENSORY DISABILITIES AND THE AGING POPULATION
An accessible and usable mobile device application is provided herein that integrates with a technology network designed to increase an ability to orient, locate and travel within indoor and outdoor physical environments independently, safely, and securely for people with sensory disabilities and the aging population who have visual, hearing, mobility, and/or cognitive disabilities.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ESTABLISHING A CONNECTION
The first electronic device for establishing a connection includes at least one sensor, a first communication interface, a second communication interface, and at least one processor being configured to obtain first location information of the first electronic device through the at least one sensor, obtain second location information of the second electronic device from the external electronic device or the second electronic device, determine connection operation information indicating at least one operation to be performed to establish a communication link with the second electronic device and at least one parameter to be used for the at least one operation, and establish the communication link with the second electronic device.

METHOD OF MANAGING ELECTRONIC DEVICES BASED ON GROUP ACCOUNT AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE FOR PROVIDING THE SAME
An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a communication circuit, and a processor, wherein the processor may be configured to receive a connection request with a short-range communication device through the communication circuit in a state registered with a first account in a location finding service, to request configuration information related to the location finding service to the short-distance communication device, to receive configuration information stored based on a second account of the short-range communication device from the short-range communication device, to identify whether group account information corresponding to the first account and group account information corresponding to the second account match, and to establish a connection with the short-range communication device while maintaining the second account of the short-range communication device in response to matching of group account information of the short-range communication device and the electronic device.

ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND METHOD FOR CONNECTING THE SAME TO EXTERNAL DEVICE THEREOF
Electronic devices are disclosed herein. Each device includes a display, communication circuitry and a processor. For each device, the respective processor executes registering a geographic locale indicator for the electronic device via a universally unique identified (UUID), equipment identity register (EIR) or manufacturer information. For a first device, a setup mode is executed, including transmitting the UUID, EIR, or manufacturer information to a second device, which may then determine is communication is possible with the first device based on the geographic locale indicator. The first device may receive a response indicative of whether the locales between the devices match. Based on the same, the first and/or second device may also display an indication as to whether communication is possible with the second device.
