UNLICENSED BAND REFERENCE SIGNAL SENDING METHOD, RECEIVING METHOD AND DEVICES
An Unlicensed Band (Uband) reference signal sending method, receiving method and devices are provided, a Uband channel includes multiple predetermined candidate transmission positions for transmitting a reference signal, and each candidate transmission position is a transmission occasion for the reference signal. The sending method includes that: an Evolved Node B (eNB) senses whether the Uband channel is idle or not at all or part of the candidate transmission positions, and determines idle candidate transmission positions; and the eNB selects to send the reference signal to User Equipment (UE) at all or part of the idle candidate transmission positions according to historical Uband channel contention state information.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR GENERATING INTER-CELL INFORMATION FOR INTER-CELL INTERFERENCE REMOVAL
Provided is a method for generating inter-cell information for inter-cell interference removal in a wireless communication system. A method by which a terminal removes inter-cell interference comprises the steps of: receiving a signal from a serving cell and a neighboring cell adjacent to the serving cell; identifying the priority of the serving cell for feedback of channel information on the basis of an identifier of the cell and a resource block; identifying whether there is feedback of channel information on the signal received on the basis of the priority; and transmitting the channel information to a base station of the serving cell according to the identification of whether there is feedback.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR NETWORK INFORMATION ANALYSIS IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
The present disclosure relates to a network information analysis in a wireless communication system, and an analysis method comprises the steps of: receiving information on channel quality measured by a terminal; and outputting information on whether a carrier aggregation (CA) coverage mismatch occurs at a location where the channel quality has been measured, which is determined on the basis of the information on the channel quality. Further, the present disclosure comprises other embodiments as well as the above-descried embodiment.
RADIO LINK MONITORING METHOD IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM AND DEVICE THEREFOR
Disclosed is a method for radio link monitoring in a wireless communication system and an apparatus for the method. More specifically, a method for a user equipment (UE) to perform Radio Link Monitoring (RLM) in a wireless communication system comprises performing second RLM on a cell based on a Reference Signal (RS) other than a Cell-specific Reference Signal (CRS) and determining an Radio Link Failure (RLF) with respect to the cell based on the second RLM, wherein a condition for determining an RLF applied to the second RLM is different from the condition for determining an RLF applied to CRS-based first RLM.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR NEIGHBOR TIER DETERMINATION
A process for determining neighbor tier relationships between cells in a wireless telecommunications network includes establishing a plurality of cell points, each cell point representing a cell of a plurality of cells in the wireless telecommunications network, forming a plurality of triangles, the vertices of each triangle of the plurality of triangles corresponding to respective cell points of the plurality of cell points, removing edges from a portion of the plurality of triangles, determining neighbor tier relationships between the plurality of cells using remaining triangle edges between the plurality of cell points, storing the neighbor tier relationships in a first memory, and using the neighbor tier relationships for handovers between the plurality of cells.
METHODS AND ARRANGEMENTS FOR MANAGING RADIO LINK FAILURES IN A WIRELESS COMMUNICATION NETWORK
Radio link failures, “RLF”, of a wireless device served by a wireless communication network are managed. A first, default, RLF procedure is associated with at least a first type of wireless devices supported by the wireless communication network. The wireless device obtains, e.g. received from a network node information indicative of a second RLF procedure based on that the wireless device is of a second type having an improved radio coverage capability compared to the first type. The wireless device applies, based on the obtained information, said second RLF procedure.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR SELECTING A COMMUNICATION INTERFACE
The disclosure is related to a method and a system for selecting a communication interface. The method is applicable to a local area network including multiple access points. A main access point is first selected. The main access point acquires every access point's information within a local area network. The information relates to the access points that are in an idle state or not performing a critical task. A target antenna can be selected for performing a specific function. For example, the target antenna can be used to scan for the channels specified in dynamic frequency selection. After that, the scan result may result in changing channels. Through the above mechanism, the resources in every AP within the LAN can be adequately used, and the performance of wireless communication can be effectively improved.
STRUCTURING AND METHOD FOR WIRELESS RADIO ACCESS NETWORK DEPLOYMENT
A structuring and deployment method is provided for a radio access network in a cellular wireless communication system, employing a single or plurality of Radio Access Technologies (RATs). The method consists of: Unifying the performance of non-Radio Transmission Functions (non-RTFs) in multi-RAT systems; providing a flexible RAN topology, comprising reconfigurable Connection Points (CPs) that may be supplemented by reconfigurable RAN Functional Elements (RFEs), that is capable of adapting to system deployment environments; Reconfiguration of the implementation of RAN functions based on changes in the available system hardware and links.
