A method for managing a communication set up according to a first communication mode between terminals in a telecommunications system. The method includes: obtaining, by a first terminal participating in the communication, a request to change communication mode so as to transition from the first communication mode to a second communication mode; switching the communication from the first communication mode to the second communication mode; wherein the first communication mode and the second communication mode are different communication modes in a set comprising a two-way voice communication mode, a one-way voice communication mode, and a text-based communication mode.

METHODS PROVIDING INFORMATION MESSAGES INCLUDING RACH REPORTS AND RELATED WIRELESS DEVICES

A wireless device registers with a first PLMN having a first PLMN identity. A first plurality of RA procedures is performed while registered with the first PLMN. First information related to the first plurality of RA procedures is stored. The wireless device registers with a second PLMN having a second PLMN identity different than the first PLMN identity after registering with the first PLMN and after performing the first plurality of RA procedures. The first information is discarded responsive to registering with the second PLMN. A second plurality of RA procedures is performed while registered with the second PLMN. Second information related to the second plurality of RA procedures is stored. An information message is transmitted to the second PLMN. The information message includes a plurality of RACH reports corresponding to the second plurality of RA procedures based on the second information.

CELL OVERLAP ANALYSIS

A computer implemented method of cell overlap analysis of a communication network. The method includes determining coverage area of a first and a second cell of the communication network, wherein determination of the coverage area of a cell is based on user distribution in the respective cell; determining intersecting area as an area where the determined coverage area of the first cell and the determined coverage area of the second cell overlap; and determining a first impact value reflecting impact of the overlap on the first cell as a ratio of the determined intersecting area and the determined coverage area of the first cell.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR NODE USED FOR WIRELESS COMMUNICATION

Disclosed are a method and a device for a node used for wireless communication. The node receives a first information block and a second information block, the first information block and the second information block indicate a scheduled cell set and M PDCCK candidates respectively. M1 PDCCH candidates are monitored in a first time window, the M1 PDCCH candidates occupy M2 non-overlapped CCEs. A first threshold and a second threshold are used to determine the M1 PDCCH candidates. The scheduled cell set is divided into a first cell group and a second cell group, a control resource pool in a scheduling cell of a first serving cell is used to determine whether belongs to the first cell group or the second cell group.

RADIO LINK MONITORING

A wireless device receives configuration parameters of a primary cell and a secondary cell. In response to the secondary cell cross-carrier scheduling the primary cell, the wireless device determines radio link monitoring reference signals based on: one or more first control resource sets (coresets) of the primary cell and one or more second coresets of the secondary cell. The wireless device measures the radio link monitoring reference signals for radio link monitoring of the primary cell.
