TECHNIQUES FOR SELECTING A MINIMUM MEASUREMENT DURATION IN LISTEN-BEFORE-TALK (LBT) SENSING SLOTS FOR HIGH BAND UNLICENSED CHANNEL ACCESS
This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for selecting a minimum measurement duration in listen-before-talk (LBT) sensing slots for high band unlicensed channel access. In some examples, a device may select a minimum sensing duration for an LBT procedure according to a sensing bandwidth or an energy threshold (such as an energy detection threshold or an energy power spectral density threshold), or both. As part of the LBT procedure, the device may measure or sense a wireless channel for at least the selected minimum sensing duration in each sensing slot of the LBT procedure. The device may selectively transmit on the wireless channel according to a result of the LBT procedure. For example, the device may either transmit or refrain from transmitting on the wireless channel depending on whether the device senses the wireless channel to be available.
SHARED USE OF ALLOCATED WIRELESS CHANNELS IN A WIRELESS NETWORK
According to one configuration, a wireless network is shared amongst a hierarchal tier of users. The wireless network environment includes communication management hardware operative to receive notice of a first wireless channel allocated for use; the first wireless channel is allocated for use by the first wireless station and a second wireless station. During operation, the communication management hardware monitors use of the first wireless channel by one or more other wireless stations (such as including the second wireless station). Based on the monitored use, the controller controls wireless communications from the second wireless station.

EDGE APPLICATION SERVERS AND 5GC NETWORK FUNCTION MEASUREMENTS
An apparatus and system of collecting and reporting measurements for an Edge Application Server and 5.sup.th generation core network (5GC) network functions (NFs) that impact EAS performance are described. An application service provider (ASP) receives EAS performance measurements from edge computing service provider (ECSP) management system. The ECSP management system receives from the PLMN management system performance measurements from the 5GC NF that impact edge computing applications. The measurements are used to evaluate the end-to-end EAS performance, and determine actions to mitigate any issues based thereon.
SCRIPT REUSE DURING INTER-FREQUENCY OR INTER-RADIO ACCESS TECHNOLOGY MEASUREMENTS AND PAGING
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In a wireless communications system, a user equipment (UE) may be scheduled to perform a first measurement or paging activity associated with a target cell operating according to a first target cell configuration that is different from a serving cell operating according to a first serving cell configuration of the UE. In some cases, the UE may determine that the UE has performed a previous measurement or paging activity associated with the target cell while being served by the serving cell, the cells operating according to previous cell configurations. The UE may compare at least one of the first and previous target cell configurations or the first and previous serving cell configurations, and may perform the first measurement or paging activity using a script, where the script is either reused or rebuilt based on comparing the cell configurations.
5G N3 DATA PLANE ENRICHMENT USING N11 INTERFACE IN A MONITORING SYSTEM
In some embodiments, a non-transitory computer readable medium is disclosed. In some embodiments, the medium includes instructions for providing a mobile user monitoring solution that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to capture a first message transmitted over an N11 interface, extract at least one type of session ID and a first Next Generation Application Protocol (NGAP) tunnel endpoint identifier (TEID) from the first message, store the at least one type of session ID and the first NGAP TEID in a first N11 protocol data unit (PDU) session record, capture a second message transmitted over an N3 interface, extract a general packet radio service (GPRS) tunneling protocol (GTP)-user plane (U) TEID from the second message, wherein the GTP-U TEID matches the first NGAP TIED, and retrieve information associated with session details record using the GTP-U TEID.
MACHINE LEARNING BASED ADAPTATION OF QOE CONTROL POLICY
A node of a wireless communication network receives first data indicating a desired quality of experience level for user data traffic of a user of the wireless communication network. Based on a control policy and the desired quality of experience level, the node determines a rule for controlling the user data traffic. Further, the node obtains second data indicating an estimated quality of experience level for the user data traffic subject to control according to the rule. Based on the first data and the second data, the node adapts the control policy, e.g., using a reinforcement learning, RL, mechanism.

OTA ESTIMATION OF AN RF PARAMETER OF A RADIO TRANSMITTER
There is provided mechanisms for enabling OTA estimation of a radio frequency parameter of a radio transmitter during a test time interval. The radio transmitter is configured for transmission in a set of beams. A method is performed by a controller of the radio transmitter. The method comprises identifying a subset of beams in the set of beams that, during the test time interval, are unused for transmission of scheduled signals. The method comprises instructing the radio transmitter to transmit, during the test time interval, an unscheduled signal in the subset of beams, whilst also transmitting the scheduled signals in those beams of the set of beams that are used for transmission of the scheduled signals, for enabling estimation of the radio frequency parameter of the radio transmitter.
