SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR BEAM INDICATION IN MULTI-BEAM CELL
Systems and methods for wireless communications are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, a wireless communication method includes applying, by a base station, code sequences or scrambling codes to repetitions of broadcast information of a plurality of resources of a cell of the base station. Each of the code sequence or the scrambling codes being specific to a corresponding one of the plurality of resources. Each of the plurality of resources is a beam of the cell. In addition, the base station transmits, to a wireless communication device, the repetitions of the broadcast information with the code sequences or the scrambling codes applied.

Network connection selections based on quality scores
In example implementations, methods for selecting a network connection for paired endpoint devices and an apparatus for performing the same is provided. The method includes establishing a connection to a mobile endpoint device. A first quality score associated with a wireless connection of the mobile endpoint device is calculated based on a parameter associated with the wireless connection between the mobile endpoint device and a wireless network. A network selection is made based on a comparison of the first quality score and a second quality score. The second quality score is associated with a connection between the computer and a communication network.

Method of configuring random access resource, terminal, and network node
A method of configuring a random access resource, a terminal, and a network node are provided. The method includes: receiving configuration information of a physical random access channel PRACH resource transmitted by a network node; wherein the configuration information is configured to indicate a PRACH transmission resource reserved by the network node for the terminal and used to transmit a beam failure recovery request.
Data Transmission Method, Link Quality Detection Method, Communication Apparatus, and Storage Medium
This application discloses a data transmission method, a link quality detection method, a communication apparatus, and a storage medium, and relates to the communication field. The data transmission method includes: A first user plane function receives data from a first terminal, where the data is data sent to a second terminal; and the first user plane function sends the data to a second user plane function through a first QoS flow, where the second user plane function is a user plane function corresponding to the second terminal. In the data transmission method, data transmission is performed between the first user plane function and the second user plane function through the first QoS flow, and data transmission can also be performed between the first terminal and the first user plane function and between the second terminal and the second user plane function based on a QoS flow.
ENERGY SAVING METHOD, TERMINAL DEVICE, AND NETWORK DEVICE
An energy saving method, a terminal device, and a network device, capable of implementing energy saving of a terminal device in an RRC disconnected state, the method comprising: a terminal device receives first information, the first information comprising paging energy saving configuration information corresponding respectively to each terminal device group amongst a plurality of terminal device groups, each terminal device group comprising at least one terminal device, and the paging energy saving configuration information corresponding to each terminal device group being used for determining whether the at least one terminal device in the terminal device group receives a paging message; and the terminal device performs paging message reception on the basis of the paging energy-saving configuration information corresponding to the terminal device group to which the terminal device belongs.
SUSPENDED SECONDARY CELL GROUP (SCG) STATE RELAXED MEASUREMENTS
Techniques discussed herein can facilitate suspended secondary cell group (SCG) state relaxed measurements. One example aspect is a user equipment (UE) device, comprising: a memory; an antenna; a transceiver connected to the antenna; and a processor configured to: while in a dual connectivity (DC) mode where the UE is connected to a master node (MN) associated with a master cell group (MCG) and a secondary node (SN) associated with a SCG comprising a primary secondary cell (PSCell), receive a signaling from a base station (BS) comprising an indication to enter a suspended state for the secondary cell group (SCG), in response to the signaling, enter the suspended state for the SCG, while in the suspended state for the SCG, perform relaxed measurements on the PSCell; and send, to the BS, a measurement report comprising a one or more measurement results from the relaxed measurements.
